Introducing The Shepherds Started by: Archy on Aug 26, '19 17:12

The sun has just risen as Archy made his way out of the casino, hugging a pile of cash tightly to his shoulder as he walked to his camel and started pushing the money into the saddle that was tied around the camel's tummy. After securing the money inside the saddle, he hopped on top of his ride, grabbed the whip and swerved it in the air to make a loud squish, the camel ran like a cheetah as he heard the sound of air against the whip. They finally reached their destination; Archy jumped off the back of his ride and started inspecting the design of the building in front of him, it was some bizarre building nothing like any other buildings in Detroit. It just didn't feel the place for this, it looked rather ancient like it was a temple in the middle of the Egyptian desert and somehow it was transported to the Motor town, he smiled at the engineer and hugged him tightly as he was walked out of the hallway to meet him.

"That's exactly how I wanted it. I knew you wouldn't let me down... I am sorry I forgot the name" The man stumbled to remind him of the name, but Archy dismissed the man's thought by continuing "You know it doesn't matter, who cares about your name? It's what you did here that matters." Archy takes the man back inside for a tour, he nods to his guard BigDick to follow as they make their way into the building, a few minutes passed before Archy walked again out of the building.... Alone without the engineer. He stood there for a moment, took a deep breath inhaling the fresh air of the newly planted garden he had his workers plant in front of their temple. It took some money to bribe the local officers to grant him ownership of the public park, but money buys everything these days. He stood there for a while enjoying the fresh air, until a couple of big trucks stopped at the entrance of the place, apparently he was expecting them. He smiled and nodded at his hands SweetButAPsycho and Connect as each of them got out of the driving seat of each truck. He clapped his hands, torches were lit behind him in the hallway of the temple, then the guards got out and started helping the men unload the trucks.

Once finished Archy moved to a bench in the center of the park and climbed above it.

"Ladies and gentlemen, respected members of this society. Please excuse us for the hassle we caused, the bizarre view of my place, I am sure you will get used to us anyway. I am here today not to apologize for what we have done, as we still got more to do and I am not sure if you'll like it or not but eventually we will get along I promise."

Archy heard his camel grunting loudly, he looked back and yelled at one of his guards that tried to frighten the camel with the whip. "HEY YOU! Put that thing back where it was and stay away from him" He then turned back to the audience, smiled and cleared his voice.

"I am sorry for that too... Anyway, I am here today to introduce to you... The Shepherds an affiliate of The Agrabah Acquisitions.."

He didn't wait long for a response and continued, "We will be running operations across the street from our temple over there and I look forward to work closer with each and every one of you. Now if you excuse me I have camel to feed. Have a good one"

Archy hopped off the bench and made his way to his camel once again.

Avard stared at the eyesore Archy had commissioned; the man's Egyptomania still showed no sign of abating. Still, he was pleased for Archy getting the nod to run an outfit of his own and hopefully it would improve his organized crime game, which everyone knew was sorely lacking.

"Congratulations on becoming Don, Archy. I'm sure you'll help keep Bricktown in line," Avard said before Archy could depart on his camel, giving the beast a sideways glance. "Hopefully now you'll be able to afford a better getaway vehicle for the next time we hit that trucking depot too!"

McSteamy had just finished his shift in the ER. It had been a long night. And as he was making his way home for his other job, as mob doctor. He saw all this hustle bustle going on in Bricktown. He hung around for a little to observe what was going on before he spotted a camel with Archy around it. It was rare to see a Camel wondering the streets of Detroit. I mean, Detroit had not seen Camels since the bazaar of Agrabah had gone barren. Anyway, as Archy finished his speech. McSteamy gathered some courage and walked up to the new Don.

Congratulations my friend on this high honor. I know you will do exceptionally well in the city of Detroit as you open up your new shop. Your bloodline has always been a good mentor to the young mobsters of our world. I can only imagine the kind of product you will be turning out in the next few months and so forth.

McSteamy shakes Archys hand and hands him a cigar box as a present.

I would give you some fine vintage, but I know your not about that life. So some cigars for ya sir, so you can puff and ride your camel about Lake Michigan.

McSteamy than takes a look at his wrist watch and starts to hurry back to the Golf HQ of eVe's crew, since she didnt like people to be late to the afternoon rounds and tea.
