Octavian walks the mean streets of Detroit looking for the main center for the Detroit Festival festivities. He has a big announcement to make, and is excited to do so. He reaches the gathered Mafiosi and clears his throat to get the attention of the masses.

As you all know, The Action League has put on an extravagant jail breaking session, and competition. We had a lot of great competitors out there today, helping out in getting our friends out of jail. Everyone did great. We also know that there was a FALURE competition within the jailing sessions. This is the reason I am here. I would like to announce the winner of the FALURE competition, and the winner of the grand prize of 1 million dollars. It is my pleasure to announce SINGER as our grand prize winner. After 3 hours of jailbreaking, Gian sits and watches as competition winners are announced and people enyoy the festival.

Seems we have a few people who have taken full advantage of the competitions on offer today.

Gian looks over at Sho, SpuffWaffle and SINGER as the place shady looking briefcases into cars protected by their henchmen

Taking in a few breathes Fox smiles wide and tries to hold it together, she was exhausted but she knew congratulations were in order. She had one hell of a time; festivals always had a way of cheering her up especially if she didn't even have to fly. Having all her friends and family gathered together to have some fun was the best gift ever and she hopes it will be possible in the future. 

“Congratulations to all! Be proud and I suggest you all pat yourselves on the back. You deserve it. In fact, why doesn’t everyone because I say this was an all around success!”

Being a bit giddy Fox finds herself in a state of bliss…that is until she realizes she was hungry. Smiles wide one last time and asks a few friends a company her to some lunch.
