Cherokee steps out of his towncar and is quickly followed by a man on each side. Walking forward flanked by each he steps up to his trusty old soapbox and snuffs out a cigar.

Today is a very happy day for the city of Saint Louis. Today I have the privilege of making three major announcements.

First off I'd like to announce that -iocaste- has been authorized to set up shop as a captain in St. Louis. More affectionately known as IO around these parts, this is a man who's family has worked their way up from a simple member during our time in New York, to the Godfather's Right Hand. I cannot be more proud of all his achievements and all of the work he has put in to this great city. He and his Right Hand, Cosmo_Lavish will be Starting his crew The Marshalls and I cannot wish him anything but the best of luck.

Cherokee takes a swig out of his flask, clears his throat and continues.


Secondly, I'd also like to auth a very old friend of mine and one of the hardest working members of St. Louis. LunaticFringe along with his Right Hand Utopia will be setting up The Strange Famous Gang in St. Louis alongside IO. Lunatic is a man who my bloodline has worked very closely with in the past and I cannot wait to see what he is going to be able to do for St. Louis.

Lastly, I'd like to announce the opening of my new casino in St. Louis. The Spirit of the Buffalo is now open to all gamblers. I cannot wait to see all of you here soon, especially you Mr. Corelli.

So in closing I'd just like to once again congratulate these two great men on their appointment to Crewleader. I cannot wait to see what you both will accomplish next.

Killer_Jane quickly rushes the three men and gives -iocaste- and LunaticFringe huge hugs and bottles of alcohol.

I am so excited to see this happen, I can barely contain myself!  So I won't!

With a flick of her wrist, she brings out the marching band and the parade of elephants and naked women to celebrate, the parade ending with Joey_Cesari riding a buffalo.

Congratulations both of you and to you Cherokee on the new casino, St. Louis forever!

Staying to party until the wee hours of the morning, she looks around at the rest of the crowd coming forward to congratulate the new leaders of St. Louis

Congratulations to you both. Though we have seldom crossed paths, i've heard nothing but great things about you both. I wish you well and look forward to working alongside you in this fine city.

And now with that said, im off to grab me one of those fine naked ladies that KJ so kindly arranged.

Sal gets out of his chair and grabs his cane, slowly walks out the the Saint Louis street to hear what all the buzz is about. Leans in a little on his cane and cups his hand around his left ear to facilitate better distance hearing.

Congratulations IO and Lunatic Fringe. Today is a great day for our Gateway City. You both will make fine Captains. I look forward to seeing your crews grow and prosper.

Looks and sees the box of cannoli that Sal has left for them and leans in to whisper

I don't know if I would eat those, the old fella means well but with his age....his cooking just ain't what it used to be.

Cosmo stands at the side of the main body of people just soaking in the atmosphere.  Beside him stands a wee guy in a hard hat.  He carries in his hands the blueprints for a little room to be built, a little shrine to the bonnie, bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, where the skirl of bagpipes will whisk visitors off on a mental journey through heather, whisky distilleries and midgies.  The prints are labelled Cosmo’s Office.  A little lackey, carries a small crate of Irn Bru bottles.  Spotting Josiah he leans over.

 I can trade the bottles in to help pay some of Io’s tribute. It’s my insurance policy.

 Cosmo directs the wee man and the lackey into the building, telling the builder guy to not worry about what Io says, he’ll grow to love the tartan wallpaper.

 Congrats to you both.  Io I’ve known since joining Joey but Lunatic….you’ve always been there for my OCs.  Calmly helping out, getting your hands dirty.  You’re both going to make Joey and Saint Louis proud.

 A butcher’s boy cycles up with a basket full of haggis.

 Put them in the fridge.  When you’re there could you put the Mars Bars by the deep fat frier.  I’m going to have a traditional Scottish feast laid out.

 Turning to one of KJ’s naked dancers he whispers something about smearing Mars Bars over her and they disappear.

Donna saunters out of the new HQ, paint all over her face.  She had gotten word this was going to happen and had been making the new home more homey.  She was proud to work along side of LunaticFringe.

I just wanted to take the time to come out here and thank our Godfather Joey_Cesari for giving us the shot.  To our leader and dear friend Cherokee, I owe you more than I can say right now.

And to -iocaste-, you are going to do quite well in your new position and I look forward to watching our fair city flourish.

Finally, LunaticFringe, you and I are gonna go far pal.  I look forward to working by your side and doing the best I can to help benefit the Strange family, and the city of St Louis.  

Donna wipes her forehead with her arm, leaving a streak of white paint. Glancing at KJ's elephants, she prays they stay in control. 

Volk can only smile while listening to Cherokee's speach. For one, his good friend Lunatic has been working day and night in the streets of StLouis to help grow The Tribe. He knows he deserves this auth and couldn't be happier for him. Second, who couldn't be excited about the opening of a new casino?!?

Takes a look at the box of cannoli and looks up at Thomas through his thick glasses.

Thomas I gave up baking a while back. These old hands dont have the dexterity necessary to bake fine cannoli. The hands shake and ache these days. I assure you Io and Lunatic these are the best cannoli here in SL. I would taste test one but due to my diabetes the Doc ordered me not to.

Anyway its past my bed time... Congrats again fellas.

Sal hobbles off to the Gli Angeli della Notte HQ.

I congratulate the city of Saint Louis on its next step forward. I am sure that these new leaders will only help Godfather Cesari in his quest to make the city of SL even better. And congratulations to you as well Cherokee on the opening of your new casino.

Accompanied by his most trusty bodyguards, Hall & Oates, Zero, before approaching the three men, turned back to them.

"Wait. Where's Simon and Garfunkel?"

Both men raised their shoulders in an unknowing matter before Zero shrugged.

"I can't go for that, guys. They're probably on 59th Street hitting up the bars." He quipped.

"In fairness, Turner and Hooch were both partying last night at the Roxbury, so I figure they thought they were justified, being their night off.", Oates pleaded.

"But I specifically wrote that they should report for duty today. This was a special occasion. Useless."

ZeroSeven shrugged before turning to the three men, each giving them a box containing an engraved gold plated fountain pen.


"Well done, gentlemen. You'll certainly be getting my next roulette spin, Cherokee - and as for you two.." He eyed both io and Lunatic. "..I wish you nothing but the best for business."

He casually shifted attention back to the pens he had presented them from the onset.

"Ahh, right, the pens - crafted from 20 karat gold, each pen has your mark of achievement engraved on them. For you, io and Lunatic, the names of your prospective families are engraved on them. For you, Cherokee, it was intended to be for the name of his casino, but our engraver unfortunately gaffed, so 'The Spirit of the Buff' will have to do. Congratulations to you all!"
