The game's socializing interaction is down How about limiting the people you can do the crimes with to whoever is in your fam and Contact list I think it would kinda force people to chat and get to know eachother more I mean what is this game without people interaction?

hmm. not a bad idea. although now, the home cities make money off of travelers. that way the wouldn't so much.
