Las Vegas is a city of miscreants and scumbags.  We were in the process of exacting our revenge, when it became apparent that Wayne's power had slipped.  His vile little bag carrier, Mikhail, will be dead soon.  They won't be missed.

In fact, these Streets will hear cries of joy and of wonder, for we are rid of lunatics, who liked to purge.  Yes, they went after the Kuku line, and lost members because of it.  But let me ask you: did you feel safe?

Chicago, finally, got involved.  And for whom did they choose to fight?  For their ideological equals in Philly?

No, of course not.  Those weaklings threw their lot in with Las Vegas, the city that helped deliver them.

Is it mere coincidence that Las Vegas and Chicago between couldn't find the murderers of LouisT?  No?  No, we didn't think so either.

If you love this thing of ours, if you care about our society and this life, you will join Philly.  Philly is the only city that, except for New York and Seattle, that can bring about the type of society that we all want to live in.

Los Angeles have some promise, but lack solid leadership.

LA - you are on the losing side.  But all is not lost.  Join Philly, and fight for what's right.

Las Vegas, and Chicago: you are lost souls.  

The small fry taken out by the Kuku lineage have been well compensated.  We won't say where we got a lot of our cash from.  Suffice to say as ever, we have support.

The Chicago Tribune could still be reporting on the events of today and yesterday, but for the wicked actions of Las Vegas and Chicago.
