Does this have to be a war of annihilation? Both sides mean business. More deaths could obviously happen. But why don't the leading and guiding lights of the cities involved in this war TALK? Millions of dollars and countless lives are at stake. It takes a strongman to talk. Who is capable of this challenge? |
