If you have an issue with another user;

Do not PM or mail a HelpDesk member on their player account. 

Do not PM or mail an Admin directly. 

Do not exacerbate the situation by continuing out whatever is going on, in public. 

WHAT TO DO: 

Message HelpDesk directly!

One of our team will either handle the situation or get in contact with the appropriate Admin. More often than not, these things can be handled by a HelpDesk member. Again, if it cannot be, we will contact the appropriate Admin.

To alleviate as much time-lapse and/or confusion as possible, please include absolutely everything in regards to your situation - especially if it pertains to another user.
