Admiral Ackbar walked out of the church in L.A with a heavy heart, His father had died. As the sun broke through the clouds Ackbar looked up and thought about his own future. His father built a strong alliance, would he let that die...just like that? There was a strong sense of justice and leadership in the Ackbar's bloodline - he could not walk away now.

He quickly arranged a meeting with the city heads, requesting the opportunity to rebuild Philly. After all that his father had fought for, this was the city he felt he would be needed most. The Dons got together, discussing how to move forward and not much longer the phone rang. 

Admiral Ackbar, your father put his heart and soul in this battle. We also feel that the bloodline of Ackbar should continue to exist in this thing of ours. Especially during this fragile period ahead of us. Please rebuild Philly, don't let his efforts go to waste.

Admiral Ackbar quickly contacted Tony_Dippolito - he had the contacts there to build a new headquarters for the alliance to reunite. And so it was done. Tony and Ackbar flew directly to Philly and got to work.

Let it be known! The Rebel Alliance will reunite in Old City District of Philadelphia!

As Mikhail strolled through the streets to pay his respects to the new criminal enterprises, he had to stop and give praises for the new organization in Philly. The fallen Don AdmiralAckbar_ was apart of the first wave that shook the former city of Philadelphia. His actions alone were enough to convince Mikhail and the rest of the Dons that his son should be given a chance to reunite his father's former outfit. The city of Brotherly Love was about to get TRAPPED!
