Philli stepped out of the North Shore Ltd. HQ and took a long look around. The day was perfect, air clear, not a cloud in sight, and a beautiful 75 degrees. The car pulled up, and Philli got in, smiling at @shannon-Whelan and leaning over to give @saraistein a kiss. He reached through the barrier, shook the drivers hand.

"Head for the Southside. Time to get things moving."

Thirty minutes later, the car pulled in by the doors of the building that Johnny Cakes and DominicG had been using to house people. stepping out, Philli walked up to the door, and with the ladies right behind, Strode in briskly.

"Alright, Where is that no good lazy Son of a gun!. @DominicG get your sorry bum out here, we have work to do."

As Dominic Stumbled into the room, His shirt untucked, Philli Looked him over. The man was looking run ragged, He had been working overtime and doubletime to get and keep the south side crime moving again after the war. It had been a thankless job so far. But that was about to change.

"Alright Dominic, Up and at 'em. Places to go, things to do."

Five minutes later, the car pulled out again. This time, Philli was seated in the front, directing the driver. Ten minutes of seemingly random twists and turns later, and they stopped at an empty lot. Bags of cement, steel rebar and other construction materials littered the site. But there were signs of improvement. Nearly 50 workmen were already laying the foundation for a large building. Standing by the edge of the work site, Philli gestured across the space, looking at Dominic.

"Well, what do you think?"

Stepping out as he was very sleep deprived. Slicking his hair back and tucking in his shirt to atleast look half decent for his old pal and his girls. Smirking as he finally began to speak sipping his coffee just before speaking. As he opened his mouth Phillistein- grabbed his coffee and setting it down pulling him to his car. 'For fucksake he thought as he was pulled to the car.' 

After few minutes of travel.

His hair messed up from the crazy driving, slicking his hair back and placing his cap on his head. Crossing his arms as he looked over the land with the building being built. Looking to phillistein-, "I like it... but.." Pointing to the construction crew. "These aren't my guys.." He teased Phillistein-. 

"Sorry brotha I had to I love it! Who is the luck s-o-b getting this place?"

Philli looked over his shoulder at Shannon, his evil grin growing.

"Well, I was thinking about that Fella we've got coming up. He's been doing top quality work, and I feel like he could really make this place go."

Philli trailed off, starting to laugh as Dominic's face went slack. He stepped onto the work site, pulled out a whistle and blew a pair of quick blasts. The workmen all popped up, and lined up by the edge of the foundation. Hats came off, gloves were removed, safety glasses set aside, Revealing the vast majority of the North Shore Ltd. family. Sarai and philli stepped around to face Dominic, Sarai Hold up a set of keys. Philli let the last of the laugh fade, and spoke to all of the people on the work site.

"It's you, dumbass. I know you've been doing top quality work, and you're ready. South side Construction needs it's crew leader. These keys are yours. Take over South Side, and make it a district to be proud of. Good luck my brother."

As Dominic took the keys, Philli lead a round of applause for his friend, now Crew leader.

Smirking at his old bosses words. Looking over to saraistein and Shannon-Whelan winking to both of them. Taking the keys and placing them into his pocked as he watches them over finishing his work of his new HQ.

"Thank you so much Phillistein-. I will make you you proud brotha."

Shannon stood with her arms folded across her chest and a cat-eyed grin on her face as she watched Philli hand over the keys to his new kingdom. 

"Oy, don't be a stranger around The Loop, lad. Don't know if just the two of us ladies can keep this trouble maker in line."

She nodded in Philli's direction, then opened her arms and have DominicG a big hug and kiss on the cheek. 

"All the luck to you, my friend. So happy for you."
