It had been a few months since Andrew had heard from Billy Mastrosimone. It wasn't odd, but the fact that he was sending someone, and in a private plane to boot. Well there wasn't every day one saw a private plane, or escorted the man of the Don of New York to his pub. Andrew was proud a bit, but more than that he was curious. What exactly Billy wanted from him was beyond him.

He was ready though, he had whiskey, cigars, a place for the guy to hole up while he was here. Anything Billy's man asked for would be given. So, for now, he waited in the rain to see what kind of guy he was dealing with. All he knew was the guy's name EliBowman.
