The way it began Started by: Twisted on Feb 05, '11 22:10

After a decade in prison, Angelo who was once one of the most powerful mafioso in New Jersey, started to consider his
twilight years as he walked the streets, His daughter was growing up fast and he was missing it all, Being in prison when
she was born has always hurt him more then he ever let show, Angelos wife insisted he retire if he was going to be part of their
lives, But was he ready for that?

He did have some money stashed, and more cash was still trickling in Angelo collected about $250,000 every month from a New York
electrician who paid Angelo for the contract to light Little Italy's famed street festivals,

But as the 55-year-old Monticello crime family Captain returned to the Jersey streets he once controlled, he found his friends
out of power, his influence wilted and his potential limited, Unable to believe the way things changed while he was locked up
Angelo climbed back into his car and told his driver to take him home, He knew his wife Amber would be there waiting and he
could meet his daughter for the first time,

Sitting there looking out the window Angelo started rambling on, talking to his driver Jeff,
"Anything I got, I earned, I got it my self. The family don't give you nothing," he said wistfully to his driver that day,
Unaware FBI agents were listening. "Outside of you being the boss, this life sucks. And it's like a Catch-22. If you're the boss,
you go to jail. This life . . . it ain't what it's cracked up to be." He ranted,

Angelo discussed how the San Grenno contract worked, The money racket and his view of the many killings he witnessed and even helped carry out,
He boasted about one killing as if remembering it fondly,He chuckled "Donny the Don Morelli" remembering his extreme grith "That fat bastard
needed two caskets" He said, "We craved him up like a thanksgiving turkey, then scattered his bulbus parts all over Long Island, damn
what a mess" Angelo then began to shake his head as he went on about his own uncertain future in an organization that over time had
left him jaded.

"Honor: that's all a crock," Angelo told Jeff, "They wait in line to rat. They take a ticket like in the deli, I got a wife and a little
girl waiting for me that should be my focus, but yet for some reason I am drawn to this life, like moths to a flame, whats wrong with me?

Jeff laughed, and with good reason. He was wearing an FBI wire. "The feds don't need the rats no more," Jeff replied. "We got too many as
it is, nothing wrong with you Sir some of us are just born with this life in our blood and some aren't." Nodding his head in agreement
"Your a good man Jeff thanks for listening to my rantings." Angelo let out a big sigh as the car pulled to a stop he could see his wife
in the doorway waiting, but much to his suprise as Angelo step out the feds rushed in pinned him to the car and slapped the cuffs on him,
"You pig bastards I have only been out a couple hours you got nothing on me!" Not another word was said as they carted Angelo off,

After stewing in a cell over night Angelo was brought infront of the judge, As he stood there filled with rage his eyes scanned the
court room, His face began to soften as he saw his wife and sitting next to her the daughter he had never met, She was beautiful
he couldn't believe how big she had gotten, The judge banged the gavel and demanded Angelos attention the court grew silent as the
DA began to present the evidence After hearing the tapes the judge ordered Angelo detained to await trial on extortion, conspiracy charges,
Prosecutors offered the recordings as proof that Angelo remains active in the mob and is a threat to society, Copies of the recordings
were obtained by The Star-Ledger they used it to further smear his name..

Amber sat at the table looking across at her heartbroken daughter, "We will be okay Theo don't worry I will think of something I always do"
Liftiing her head tears rolling down her cheeks she takes a deep breath "Mama, your sick and you can't work anymore, I am old enough now
maybe I should visit with Uncle Tony and see if could help or maybe put me to work" Leaping to her feet grabbing her daughter my the arms
slightly shaking her "NO! Never! you stay away from those people Theo they are not our family, we are all we..." Amber grabbed her chest and
collapsed to the floor the stress was just to much for her, Theo fell to her knees next to her mother and held her tight as the life slipped
from her body.

Later that week as they lowered Ambers body into the grave Theo stood sobbing not knowing what to do now, Her father was going away for life and
now her mother was gone too, She felt a hand clutch her shoulder "Uncle Tony, I thought you had already gone" Theo Muddered the grey haired old man
pulled Theo to his chest and hugged her tight sliding an envelope into her jacket "You need to get out of this town darlin as far away as you can
please do it for your uncle Tony? there is alot of bad stuff coming down thanks to that bastard Jeff and his little fed buddys and I don't want to see
you tangled up in it all" Without saying a word Theo tucked the envelope deeper into her pocket pulled her jacket closer to her body and
headed home to pack,

A couple of months had passed and Theo now calling herself Twisted found herself in New Orleans cold and hungry searching for something but she wasn't
sure what, Just when she thought all hope was lost she met a man who invited her for coffee they chatted for a while this was the first friendly person
she had met since leaving the Jersey Shores and before she knew it she was brought into his family Order of the Black Rose, now it seems she was
following in her fathers footsteps after all,

Now in her own home and working hard for her family everyday she is finally happy and looking forward to a bright future, kicking back in a chair
crossing her feet on the table, Twisted presses her cigarette to her lips and inhales deeply a huge grin crosses her face as she exhales and speaks out
loud to herself... "Made it, Ma! Top of the world!"

It was a chilly day in New Orleans. Bell and Ridge were drinking coffee while computing their take from last night's job. As they were leaving, he spots a young woman standing alone in the cold street. Bell instructs Ridge to be a gentleman and invite the young woman for a coffee while he would head back to the headquarters. It wasn't long till Ridge brought her home and introduced her to Bell. Her name was Twisted.

After hearing your story, all I can tell you is that we are honored to have you with us. Like I told you on the first day we met, my home is your home. My family is your family. I can't wait to see you achieve things for the family!
