After his short trip up north and with how the Iron Bank was doing, Mikhail wanted to finally open the Casino for the Sin of City. His associates had done a great job on making money the past month with loans from the bank. With his cut, he was able to open Das Kapital! He contacted his associate @CommissarZverev to meet him on this open lot right off the Strip. Mikhail had his eye on this older casino that had just gone bankrupt. He had just found the right contract for the job. The man's name was Artem and he had just fled the Mother Land. Similar to Mikhail and a few of his friends. 

"My associate is in route with the money. Was a few duffle bags worth of dough."

As Mikhail told the man about the duffle bags full of cash, Artem's eyes got real big. It was as if he couldn't believe Mikhail was paying $120,000,000 in cash. No check, no nothing from the bank. Just cold hard cash...

"Cash is ok right? I mean my money is till good around here right comrade?"

Artem nodded in agreement. As soon as he did a black Lincoln rolled up to the site and Zverev jumped out. He nodded at Mikhail and the driver of the vehicle went to the trunk of the car. He opened and it and motioned for some of Artem's comrades to get the bags out of the truck. 

"Are we good then comrade? You know what we want right? We want it red, and we want hammer and sickles. Pretty simple. Don't fuck it up comrade."

Mikhail said all that needed to be said and shook the man's hand. He trusted the man since he just left the Mother Land. No way a friendly commie could fuck this up. He jumped in the care with Zverev and the went were gone.

Mikhail listens as the representative to the Iron Bank makes a crazy pledge to potential gamblers. He is honestly wondering if he appointed the right comrade for this costly venture. Nonetheless he needed to back his lunatic comrade.

"Calling all comrades. Listen to @CommissarZverev! He is literally giving you money from our Casino Vault to play with. Come enjoy a game on the Iron Bank. Have fun, run organized crimes even with yours truly."

He takes a step back and as he does the smile goes away and he starts to look worried. We'll see how the Casino makes out...

I was never a big gambler myself. My father, sure. The guy made hundreds of millions rolling dice and playing black jack across the country. But not me. I liked to save my money. I'd use it to buy guns. Use it to buy bullets. Use it to place hits. Violence was more my thing, not so much gambling. But what with the grand opening of  Das Kapital and all, he decided to hit the vaults up and pull out some of that dusty cash that had been sitting around.

"Godfather Mikhail, Comrade Zverev! Pleasure to see you both. I got some dough with me that I'm gonna blow at the black tables. I'm feeling lucky tonight though so you better make sure that the Iron Bank is as strong as you say it is!" I laugh as I walk away from the two and towards the casino, rubbing my thumb into my index and middle fingers.

"Gimme da loot!"
