| Jail Breaks and Credits | Started by: sammy-loves-rico on Feb 08, '11 19:09 |

Upon doing jail breaks, I was very curious about a new idea. How about making the person who used a credit to do jail breaks earns double the amount of experience points than the other mafioso ? This would make doing jail breaks more worth the credit you use, especially when you crack down on a city and there's a bunch of other mafioso that use your jail breaking to their own benefit.
I know some people may put this down by saying that it wouldn't be so good because people will be able to level faster, however, it would make more people spend money on credits to do jail breaks.

I would be cautious about giving more XP away to those that launch the jails. If you want more XP per credit used, why not team up with a family member and split the cost of the jail. You would get the same XP, but now, it costs half as much. |

Quite frankly, I believe it's easy enough to rank up as is. I don't feel there's any reason to add something like this that gives you more experience from the biggest experience-gaining task in the game. |

I don't think that the people who create the crackdown should get more experience for breaking people out. As Phreaking_Panda said, ranking is easy enough as it is, and there are already exp boosts to jailbreaking at the onset.
Unless the person who initiates the crackdown tells everyone he knows "HEY! THERE'S A CRACKDOWN IN (CITY)!" that person has an advantage already of getting a few JB's in before other people join in on the spree.
Yeah, its frustrating when you get a jail going and moochers come in and start busting out the people you put in. If you don't want them to participate, don't bust them out when they get thrown in, and don't advertise your crackdown. |

Even more so, if you don't want people joining, go to a city people don't go to as much and do your crackdowns. A city without families works best, but seeing as the current one is Philly, it wouldn't work out too well. ;D |

I think sammy is right, we are already getting raped by the cost of credits....So of course the high rankers and people witha fat Credit card are going to say no......But us poor people like to get a bang for our buck. |
