How old do I need to be to sponser someone? I thought I could as I am but apparently not. |

I could be very wrong about this, but I think you need Wise Guy age to be a sponsor. |

A Sponsor is someone in a crew who is Wise Guy or above that a leader trusts enough to recruit for the family and is given the ability to invite unsponsored members to be Associates of the family without being a Left or Right Hand. A sponsor is responsible for the education and mentorship for this new member until they reach the rank of Made Man and become "true" members of the family. |

Your crew leader has to designate you as a sponsor. It’s not automatic |
