You're walking by on a barely crowded street, you look to your right and you see teens gathered around a man in his mid-twenties, so you walk over to see him with a cigar and looking like he's about to tell a story.

 Let me tell you boys about the mafia life, you boys probably think it's all glamour and fame, that you can put on a tailored suit and it's all one big party. But no, to join the ranks of the made, you have to be able to kill your best friend or your brother at a moments notice, at any time. You get thinking at every slip up you do, someone's out to whack you. You kids all got good jobs selling papers, keep doing that, and don't go any farther than mugginguntil you're chosen, they go to you, you don't go to them, that means you're overeager, that's not a good trait in this business...

He takes a drag off of his cigar and nods at you in greeting, then continues his story.

I started mugging old women and taking advice from a bum, then Mave came to me from Los Angeles, that was my opportunity, I took it, I jumped, I was ecstatic. Then I thought it was like something like a movie, all guns, women, and suits, but you get jumpy, so be prepared when they approach you and want you to join the ranks, you gotta be able to lead, to have balls, I first couldn't handle it, then I got better at it, but listen to me boys, think about what you do before you do it. Next thing you know you could have to kill your best friend when he's listening to the radio...

He stands up and walks into the building of the stoop he was sitting on, you hear three muffled gunshots, then he walks out, tosses his cigar, and walks down the sidewalk.

                         That mysterious man was Sonny.
