Mikhail rushed to the streets after he shared the City Leader Rulings. In that, he described the Universal Protection Order and how it came to be. He read journals where these have succeeded in the past and he wanted to continue that trend. It was a shame he had to do so when his dear lady comrade Carrie had just passed... "Comrades, this is where protection orders will be announced. As per the City Leader Rulings, every protection order will be held to the same standard. Meaning they will last for 7 days from the date the order was announced. They will only cover associates/members sporting the correct tags from the fallen leader. The order is only meant for those who have been seen within the last 7 days; inactives are not covered in protection orders." Mikhail takes a quick pause to make his first order. |

Tutte totally agree with Mikael on Chicago and hope from now that the new ones setting up there make sure to get Chicago a good city again with more activity than bfore and that he was sure of to 100% |
