| You should watch parking wars. It's old but they do focus on the PPA (Philadelphia Parking Authority or whatever) and that DMV is awful | |

Honestly I don't dislike them. They are seem so stressed whenever I go in there. The tension is always so high in those places. I mean I see why, but I hate going in there. I wouldn't be mean to them though! |

| So. When my stepmom passed away, I inherited her car. It's not too complicated of a process, I took all the necessary paperwork, insurance, registration, the will, the title, the paperwork saying my sister had executor power of attorney. I get to the lady and explain everything and the first thing out of her mouth... "Ugh, it's too early for dead people." So, no love for the dmv. At all. | |

Wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to almost give a kidney to prove I reside where I do and I am who I say I am... all I wanted to do is renew my license, yet I needed two utility bills, my birth certificate, social security card, another form of photo ID and other random documents. |
