Act II: The Dispute Dulio Nguyen, someone that had been waiting for that chance meeting with Mei Serachi, oh he knew who she was, after all, it was them that had taught her everything she knew about leading and the vision they all fought for, it was the place that they all wanted to bear witness to, nothing could be done about that now though, there was no one else left that could have been able to teach the ways of that vision, only a few of them were left alive and the few that were, well, they were no friends of his. As he thought about the past, Dulio was bumped into, actually, his shoulder was barged into, he knew that he was not that much of a strong person, he would be damned if he would be treated as an unimportant figure, he turned around, preparing to teach this little shit a lesson, only then he saw that face, the childish, yet cold eyes of Shin Serachi, the one that had done those things, the one that had taken him under his wing, what was he doing here? Did he know Misaki was here? Possibly, what other reason would he have to be here? |

He stepped forward, before Shin had arched his own eyebrow, curiously measuring the man before him, not taking any chances or even wanting him near him, they were not on good terms it seemed to the man that was his former mentor, it seemed that he had done something to shatter the trust that his friend had once had in him, he could pretend to imagine what, yet he knew what it was and would not need any reason as to why he had a hard time trusting people as well. "Dulio, I would say that it's a pleasure, yet I would be lying, what are you doing here?" Dulio tilted his head to the side, his lip jutting out in the perfect imitation of mocking innocence, he did not want to make the man angry, only it seemed he was different. He would test the waters, he stepped forward, this time a touch quicker, he noted that Shin had stepped faster and matched him, yet something still felt off to him and he could not put his finger on what it was, what was wrong with the man before him? |

Dulio stared at Shin for a while, wondering what he meant before his sense kicked into high alert, his eyes narrowing on the man before him. he stepped to the side as Shin stepped, seemingly going for a high kick before Dulio sidestepped with grace, doing a cartwheel backstep and going on the offensive "It seems that you have not forgotten what I taught you, good. New York, Buffalo Rod Kingsman had walked down, slowly making his way to the Parlor. He did not wish to make his brothers seem like he could not be bothered but in truth, he was not. He did not need more news on how the Fallen Angels were close to discovering their truth, in all honesty, Rod wished they would find something out. Only he was held back by government powers higher than him, the King does not always wear the crown. The Life and its politics was a matter of truth vs belief. Some people supported the truth like him, members of his organization, the loyalist factions. Others were of a different belief, even if they knew the truth. They did not want to enter a world where they would once again wage war. They wanted to be peaceful, they followed the code made all those years ago. |

Rod knew that if he held even one of those people in his pocket, he could have changed things for people. Only things had been different for his organization since the powers that had passed him by. He would have done something, he would make them bend to his will, alas, he was weak. He was not the one to lead his people to glory once again. 'I never knew the burden you carried on your shoulders brother, you always wanted to do something. Only the will, the bullshit will! It had fought you and won." Rod stopped, standing in a hallway as he stared out the window, he found himself looking over a reflection. He had since grown out his hair, wanting to no longer like an idiot and shaved his beard. Only the one feature that he was focused on was his eyes, the eyes that told him whether or not he had the power to truly change things in his world. All he could do was stand by and watch as people like the Fallen Angels changed things for the worse. |

For the longest moment, he did not want to look away, he wanted to see anything. He got nothing in return, no spark, nothing. He was powerless and thus, used by the true believers. 'One day, I hope. Your power will return, I hope that one day, we can take the fight to those who would have us dead.' Purging those thoughts, Rod finally made it to the parlour and noticed the magnificent badge of the special forces that he had hired. One of the few people that were loyal to him, Nile Dok. The very man that he had on the inside, some people would call the Special Forces of his corrupt, others would call it downright lazy with how people were afraid of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Considering who ran things, Rod knew it was better to stay out of that business. "Senior Kingsman, it's a pleasure to be here in the same room as you. I have brought my second-in-command, Jennifer, as well. I hope that is okay." |

As he said the statement, Nile had knelt down, showing the respect that Rod deserved as the current Senior-Manager of The Kingsman Company. Jennifer had bowed her head in a sign of respect, her eyes flicking up to the man that she had heard so much about. The very man that had supported them, even with their less than stellar reviews regarding their stance on corruption and personnel. "Stand Nile, please, I'm quite surprised that my guards let you in. Just what do you need?" Nile did as his Senior asked, standing by the door as he watched the various emotions play out on Rod's face. "I've not come here in protest of Kenny Ackerman or the recent news of the boy that was found in Dearborn. I've come here in regards to the Dawnish family, they've wanted to place one of their own within our ranks, he goes by the name William Dawnish. Now it's completely unprecedented that an heir to a Noble family joins The Special Forces. He has not had the military training required to join, I'm coming to you on a verdict. Knowing Zackley, he would easily allow it." |

Now Rod was intrigued, it was currently the norm for Nobles and the Special Forces to come and complain about Kenny Ackerman, the protector of the Kingsman family. Only this was something that had him stumped, the Dawnish family were neutrals in the warring politics of New York and Philadelphia. Rod stroked his chin stubble, what remained of it at least. "William Dawnish, from what I've heard, he's received personal training from some veterans. He would be a capable man for the Special Forces " He stated the words allowing them to draw from his voice, anyone would have noticed the understanding in Nile's eyes. He soon nodded, knowing that he had to do this |

Maybe Life was mysterious, maybe it ceased to exist with beings such as them, men and women that thrived on making money, wait, that was just like every other greedy fuck in this business, they all wanted to make money. He was different, he knew he was, he could see that he was and he knew that others, men like Michael Pavanno and Roger 'Jury' Whit was going to be some of the men that led the way in the correct direction, The Path where mobsters could be one and the same as real businessmen, where their lives were not any different to that of a person who operated a top-tier Law Firm. "Elias, get me my brother, Jury, we need to talk about the progress they're making up in Canada, I don't want to be left out of the loop, understood?" Elias nodded and headed on his way, already wanting to assist his leader with the job that had been assigned to him. People had known that things were changing, Paulie was on his way to becoming one of the better branches in this new society, he was already employing the Fallen Angels Motorcycle as they were referred to by the men of honour. Some did not wish to be on the other end of this new shift in the world and knew that allying with this man would grant them what they wished; Power. |

"Karl, I want you to head down to the Docks and deal with the Irish, Derlin Mackey, he owes some money to the Boss for a Boxing Fight he rigged recently, he's refused to pay up. Grab a couple of the boys, rough him up a little and come back to me from there. I want to know how good it went and from there. I want to see the smug bastard on his knees, begging for the mercy that only I can give him, go." Karl went on his way, looking at Paulie with his own icy blue eyes, already Karl had a bloodthirsty grin twitching at his pale lips. He was going to be enjoying this assignment and for this reason, he knew why he liked working for the mob. Paulie knew the recent changes in the hierarchy of this new world, how many of the old guard had been changed, such as the recent news of the Seven Cities, how much of it had become different since the end of many old bloodlines. He did not truly care for the news of cities that did not a concern, for all he cared about was the FAMC and how they managed to continue their business unbothered. He saw the same change over here, so many of his men wished an end to the ways of the Vincenzo Crime Family, it was something that they have been calling for a while now, everyone wanted him to pull the trigger. “Paulie, Jury will be calling soon, says he got news about Canada, great news apparently, it'll be something to hear is what he's been saying.” |

Act III: The Ache In the city of Philadelphia there in those big mansions and manors that stretch for miles live the monsters that prey on Humans. The so-called men of honour that live to destroy and takeover, using humans as simple breeding stock for cash, power, and influence. To the people who wished to live an honest life and simply go home at the end of the day, they stayed away from such people. To the men of honour, they were the people that they preyed on, nothing changed that, at least not to them and yet, with this ever-evolving chain of command, should anyone break it? Should there be the ones that rise above impulse and complete lust for the things they crave? If there were such things as these people, where are they? Why don't they break the system? They can't because: The system broke them first... |

Philadelphia, Cafe Corleone's Sipping the divine coffee made by Yoshimura of the Asian Clan was a man with black hair, he was reading a book, Dear Olaf, by one of his favourite book-writers. He found the piece interesting and at often times, connecting the dots with his own life that had often eluded him for quite some time. The man looked to be the same age as one of the world's most famous sons, Misaki Serachi, who was said to be estranged from his family, which is probably why he drew some connections. He wore a black bomber jacket, with a backward baseball cap. He wore a white dress shirt underneath, with black slacks and boots, overall, it was a mix and match of clothes. Almost like he was going for relaxing, but also serious. Either way, he pulled it off well, regarding the looks that he had gotten from his adoring population of females looking to him like he was a saddle and they wanted to have a ride. |

"Riyaki, the Manager asked me to see if you would like anything else?" Riyaki, as he was now named, looked to the indigo-haired waitress, Touka. He found her a delight but knew that she was putting on an act, she had the body language, but her eyes told the truth, she did not want to be near him or anyone here. It was clear, but she had to do something, to which, he could hardly fault her. He just gave her a closed eye smile, before speaking in a light tone. "Heh, no Touka. It's okay unless you would like to sit down and join me in a conversation on how you are doing in school. Otherwise, I believe that I can just get the bill." Hoping that would send her scattering like a bird, Riyaki opened his eyes, hoping that like a game of peek-a-boo, she would go from his sight. Only, this game was not his favourite, as she stayed in his view and sat down opposite him, on the inside, he was annoyed slightly and his interest peaked. On the outside, he maintained his usually friendly smile, knowing that he did not want to send alarm bells ringing to them or the residents of Cafe Corleone's. |

"Well, Mister Riyaki-" He coughed lightly, drawing her attention onto him like one would when a teacher called attention to the class. "Just Ri, Touka, we've known each other long enough..." For a fleeting moment, Riyaki thought he imagined a rather genuine smile twitching at Touka's lips, but he brushed it off, knowing that the girl could fake a genuine smile as easy as any other person looking to gain something. "Ri, I was just wondering, my friend, well, she is worried about the recent sightings of the Fallen Angels. Especially the new prospects, Misaki, Goren, and Rai. She's scared, she just wants to survive, she does not want to be the next victim of a gangland shooting..." Riyaki nodded as he heard Touka with a bland tone that would have fooled most people, then again, he was hardly most people. He could tell that Touka was worried about her friend, worrying if she was going to be next. The Biker attacks had been happening a lot recently, not even the newest organization, The Path of Blood. Was involved, it was intriguing, but not enough so that Riyaki would seek it out. "Touka, I do believe your friend has nothing to worry about. The attacks have been in the other cities mostly, only two have been here specifically. It seems...these Fallen Angels? As you said before has a grudge that needs settling elsewhere and not here in the city of Philly. I doubt they would come to the peaceful place that is the Old City District, besides, it seems like Bikers are protecting this place. Better than our own people could hope too if I do believe so myself..." |

If Riyaki was another person, he would have not noticed the way Touka turned her head to the side, as if she was thinking of telling him something, only they were interrupted by the manager, Yoshimura. Someone who came off as peaceful and friendly to Riyaki, to which he bowed his head in respect. "Yoshimura, it's nice to see you! I was just informing your employee here, of there never being a Biker Attack, considering that no one has ever stepped in the Old City District to cause trouble since the attack on Estarossa Pincheel. It seems unlikely, anyway, can I get the bill, please? I have a book signing to get too." Riyaki asked once more, knowing that Yoshimura usually granted him what he wanted, but this time, he waved his hand, as if to say that it was free. Only he did not listen, he pulled out his wallet and placed 10,000 Dollars down on the table, leaving Touka and Yoshimura to stand there shocked, at the amount of money that Riyaki had placed down, before they could even say thank you, the familiar ding of the door was heard and he was nowhere to be seen... |

"They know yet? I doubt that you go there every day for the coffee, you hope to hear something of them, but you can't, can you? Without alerting all of the people that are after that, some of them not even knowing that you're indeed back from the long vacation. It seems that we have to remain under the radar, we are not as strong as we were, since that day, since he left us..." Riyaki looked to his left, his best friend and closest ally, Artas. He was someone that had stuck by him, throughout a lot of the crazy things they had been through and none were worse than the event Five years ago, the end of their reign over Michael Pavanno and his clothed leather punks that deemed themselves heroes, which led to many of their allies being dead or going underground. Many of the Special Officers had gained an Associate or Special Class Investigator Rank, it was the greatest Assignment/Mission that the S.O.F had ever undertaken. "He didn't leave Artas, he was killed, he was butchered and we ran. We were the cowards that day, I remember all of them, I remember how they fought for us. We were the Empire that they craved for and needed, but our vision? It was a dream and that dream had clouded us. We were betrayed and you will find who it is my friend because I am too weak, I can't fight anymore..." |
