Friends, I'll keep it short. The calibre of entries this time was much higher.  I enlisted the help of a number of judges in making my decision, to fend off the unsavoury accusations that dogged the last contest.

OK, I'll come straight to the point.  We couldn't decide on one winner.  Scooter would have won it, but tiggy managed to unlock the mystery behind the $28M prize money.

So, we're deeming them both joint winners and awarding them $14M each!

As some of you know, my bloodline has, in the past, come to disagree with some of tiggy's antecedent's actions.  I feel that not allowing her bloodline's past to pollute her present is a step in the right direction, and perhaps an olive branch for the future.

tiggy was drinking a bacon chai latte as CommissarZverev announced the fairly judged and winning entries of the competition. tiggy's eyes open as wide as a doe out of pure joy and happiness after having been announced as one of the co-winners of the prize. tiggy was a smart person, and was pleased that her deduction of the significance of twenty-eight was acknowledged by the host and judging committee.

tiggy returned to the cafe and took hold of the closest phone. tiggy spun the dial at near light-speed, and after a quick call to the HQ, tiggy let Sharpe and The ColonelSwishbeard know of the good news.
