Down a dark alley in the seediest part of 12th street, a man stands outside a door leading to a crowded room of rabid arm-wrestling gambling fanatics, frantically waving cash in the air and trying to get their bets in.  A man staggers away from the arm-wrestling table clutching his arm, as it has just been broken by Destro.  You head over to the table to challenge Destro yoursel but the large man who had been guarding the entrance halts you.

"Hold on... you want to get in on this, it's gonna cost you $20,000 for a seat at the table.  You pay the entrance fee, you take a seat at the table, and you either win or you lose.  Got it?  Wire your 20k to Destro and you've got yourself an arm-wrestling match.  If you win, you double your money."

Paul heard what the man said. But he was not gonna pay because he was not the one who challenged Destro to play the game. He was not that poor to pay it but he thought it was worthless. He just stand there waiting for somebody to challenge Destro. 

No loitering please, PaulMe.  As you can plainly see there is an illegal gambling operation going on here.  You are welcome to stay, but only if you intend to gamble once a challenger presents his or her self.  Otherwise I'll need you to move along and make room for the real arm wrestling gambling enthusiasts.  

Paul walked away. He turned around. He stopped for awhile and turned his head, "I will be back, sport!" Paul lighten up his cigar and walked away.
