City leader of Detroit, Sean Callan, had just finished a meeting with Consigliere Jadon, Don Nikki and Boss Sharpe regarding the removal of Consigliere Mikari. Considering that they had counted her as a close ally, everyone felt the loss greatly. He wanted to be completely sure of the details before coming out to the streets and speaking on it. A full discussion was initiated that implied issues of Mikari’s credibility, her time being invested in this world becoming increasingly low since not being nominated as city head and finally - numerous people from outside cities expressing their concerns about her, adding to the untenability of the position she upheld. 

Not long after the meeting ended, Sean made an appearance in the streets and felt the presence of many mobsters listening closely. 

“Let me just say first and foremost that she was a much appreciated allie. We thank her for her efforts in the rebuilding of Detroit. With that being said, we will not tolerate anyone sullying Mikari or her kin. She was not indicated of the concerns we were receiving, but as time went on, we could not continue to let her lead knowing what we knew. It came to my attention that her ancestors had been in crew leader positions many times before and the outcome was almost always negative. We did not want her to lash out in violence, or as many of you call it - go rogue. In the end, our collective decision to remove her was based on the fact that she could not be trusted any longer knowing her ancestral history.

 In addition to this, after Godfather-Chairman Mikhail had enforced the need for a city leader, we all came together and voted for who would represent the city. Most, if not all, anticipated for Mikari to get the position seeing as she was located in the central district. However, this was not the case at all as the votes received were actually based on ability to communicate, hours being put in and level of trust. Her hours in this world were already at a stage where we were all concerned about how she was going to recruit more members for her family, and they went even lower after she was denied the position. 

While we deeply regret to inform her family and friends of her demise, this removal was very necessary for the future of Detroit. 

Sean gave a nod to the people before everyone went off in their separate ways. Sliding his coat over his shoulders, he ducked into a black vehicle and headed off with his men and Katerina, who never left his side.

Then you truly do not understand everything. I made one mistake and that was because of the situation and toxicity in the city. If you were in a city being micromanaged and kept from what you were trying to do to make the city not look closed off and secretive. What would you have done SeanCallan even then when that happened that was last year. Last year where the Regime was a mess, and let someone who wanted to close off the fun for all to just their city.

I know people are still mad at when i finally snapped. I had two options and took the worst one because I wanted what was best for my family then. Killing someone who works with others and tried their best  to help rebuild and not cause trouble makes you seem like your hiding something. 

I agreed to step back, to let you take acting GFC instead of a tie breaker in the vote. I listened when you said you needed my help. so thanks for giving me a chance but bringing up the past as the reason for removing my family. To me thats blood lining. And its frowned upon using the past as a reason for the current. 

So tell me this. Cause Im curious how many times you think I caused a city to fall. How many times you were told I rogued. And how often you think I would go and waste my energy to ruin what I work hard to help redo. Please clear this up and I will tell you the fucking truth.

Sitting eating a pasty supper with peas pudding, the Waaambulance wonders what Goku's bloodline had to do with any of this given that that would be outside interference, after all, the ancient texts proclaimed that Lord Vader would kill Obi Wan Kenobi, not some jumped up has been from another city. Probably nothing in that case, not that it was any concern of his given that he was a civilian and a registered charity.

Nikki had received word from one of her men about Sean's removal explanation. She was feeling a palpable sense of loss, but understood from his words that this removal was necessary. She wanted to share a few words with a young woman who spoke up. 

Bloodlining, while frowned upon, is definitely not present in this situation. Yes - we were against the idea of Mikari continuing to be a crew leader as a result of her ancestor's actions but never did we once withhold her from any second chances. To properly define bloodlining it is the merciless killing of an individual every time they arrive on these shoes based on actions in the past, plus not allowing them to start over again. 

In this case, Mikari was given the chance to start anew as a thriving CL in Detroit. In the beginning when we were all setting up our HQs we were already receiving these 'concerns' that Sean mentioned. We didn't listen to those concerns at first as we were hopeful that we could all work together. We gave her that second chance. Hoping that this time would be different. But in the end, the ultimate decision was to remove her. While we did blame her ancestors, truly we just became conscious of that fact that she may echo the same fate. 

Furthermore, Sean talked more about her lack of activity in this thing of ours.
We just couldn't stand for that. 

I'm not happy about what happened to her either. But this is simply business, nothing personal. 

My hours were average as i work full time on the weekends. I did my best to help, and didnt step on toes as i just kept my mouth shut. If you guys were concerned you should have spoke up over the crap instead of just going "Oh well we need you" and then shoot days after. Its kind of bull shit how you acted towards mikari. 

Besides karma comes around. once day it will get you too, i dont see a point to blood being spilt so good luck least you all got what you wanted.

While we did blame her ancestors, truly we just became conscious of that fact that she may echo the same fate. 

Despite your ignorance to the contrary, that is actually bloodlining.

You killed a person based on the actions of their ancestors, not their own actions. Thus, you bloodlined them. Sugar coat it all you want, there was no justifiable reason to kill Mikari. You can do what you want, nothing that people like me can do to stop you, but be damn sure people like me will look at you and judge you for your actions here.
