The Line Started by: Estarossa on Nov 12, '19 17:42

All of them nodded leaving Konnor, Creeper, and Johnny at the table. They all had something that needed saying, oh these were the moments that made some of them regret, the talks that the rest of the club didn't really know about and here they were. A lot of things needed to be discussed, they were not in business with the True Irish Supporters, only they expected something and they knew something would indeed happen.

"All the things you said in those letters are true, is that what you did for the benefit of this club?"

Konnor looked at Johnny and Creeper, he knew that they were loyal to the patch. Now he had to tell them the truth, in these times, the war that would surely eat away at him. His reasons behind why he had done that to Estarossa had been revealed, Creeper and Johnny had each taken it on the chin before they finally sat down and spoke with him about his reasons for doing it.

"So, Veronica Putlova is the one that did this for you? What did you promise her?"

Creeper is the one that spoke in a deathly quiet tone, the table room was solemn. It had never been this way unless a brother had died and they would go about silence for a while before moving on with the times. This was the same, this was a matter that they as the upper structure had to tread carefully. The loyalists of Estarossa would no doubt want his head, Kon

"I promised her a piece of the guns that her brother gave up, she's been waiting for a long time now and now we have to deal with her. As payment towards my betrayal of the club, is that suitable?"

Creeper looked at Johnny and they both knew that Veronica Putlova would be a suitable scapegoat. Something to give the club as truth, now that they had the facts of the matter. Konnor had only given Veronica the location, she had pulled the trigger and now was the time to place his fate in the hands of the club, at the mercy of the V.P And Sgt. At Arms.

"It is suitable but we deal with it after, from what we know, Putlova is not that smart and has been cut off from her family. Killing her can't be club related if so, we put the mark of The Tribe on it. Even if the Putlova's are not as strong as they once more, they still wield considerable influence that we should be aware of here. This is no walk in the park and we should be prepared for something, every action has an equal effect."

And there it was, the brothers had decided to move past it. Only he wondered why, this was no longer about him and Estarossa, it was the club. How they looked in the eyes of their enemies and right now, they were weak. They were easy to pick off and that is not what he wanted right now.

Report Post Tip

Johnny didn't feel comfortable at all, some people would. Only now with the reveal that Veronica Putlova had been the one to whisper poison in the ears of their infamous president, it seemed like she had more planned. What if she doubted that Konnor would be the best bet for her? Something like that wouldn't be like her to forgive with ease, no, she was cunning and calculating, it is why Estarossa wanted to keep her away from this deal as badly as anything else. This was something that none of them could see happening and it was pure speculation on his part but it made sense, why would Putlova wait?

It connected with the Irish as well, they turned down the deal without anything else on their minds, no this was something else that had them steady and able to move forward without the club. It was a dangerous move on both their parts, now they had guns and would be able to play the game in earnest, possibly with the backing of Veronica Putlova. Turning his head, Johnny faced his brothers, they were looking at him with such curiosity that it was only now that he noticed how pale he was and his breathing had gone shallow.

“Kon, when was the last time you heard from Veronica Putlova?”

Konnor raised an eyebrow, wondering where this was coming from. He decided to keep his suspicions down, wondering where his own brother going with his thoughts.

“I don’t know before I left for Ireland. She had said that she had some big plans and was moving away from Philadelphia for that reason. I can only assume that she is meaning to go about her business.”

Grim went paler, his eyes darted about the room for more than a second. Wondering if he could trust his own voice at this moment with his brothers. Only he knew that he could, these men were here to protect one another, Veronica was now their enemy, this was their war and their President was not going to be a stepping stone for this bitch.

He had gone quiet for another moment, deciding that it wouldn’t have taken a complete genius to go about making the deal as Veronica had. It would have been pretty smart on her part, which is what she would have done and she did do it. On that part, Grim had no doubt. She was a slippery woman and one who how to play the game, one who knew how to play her enemies against one another.

She would wish to weaken them, she would wish to pay Estarossa back for his betrayal in many forms. Now, this was her chanced, with the support of the Irish, it would be easy for her and nothing was going to be slow and steady for Putlova. She was a ruthless leader, one that had earned her position through fear of war and now she was doing it here, Grim knew that he needed to speak. His brothers were getting a bit antsy.

Report Post Tip

“I believe that Veronica Putlova has made a deal with the Irish, brothers. It doesn’t matter that Devlin O’Leary controls the guns now. There are others, independent arms dealers, ones that don’t answer to the Irish and who would never support us in the way we do things. In that regard, Veronica has a good few partners that could be used to grease the Irish wheels for support. She gains power and money, then she would gain her chance at having a base of power in a move against us for the future.”

It was moments like these that the brothers recognized Grim’s smarts. They had never seen such a move coming and it was cunning, allow Konnor to make the meet with the Irish. He would have said no, knowing that they were a terrorist organization. Now she was gaining some cash giving guns to the Irish, it was a situation in which they were played and patched over a club for no reason.

Konnor faltered for a second that was not something that he had especially considered. People who still had connections and could easily call in favours. Deals under the table which would lead back to Ronnie and her control over said trade. This would be something out of the world. There was nothing they could do besides hunt her down, only if they knew where she was now. It would have made this game easier.

“Connections and all that, we would be playing a game with her and this is a game we cannot hope to lose. We have to be ready, only Veronica will not attack. The Irish didn’t have the fucking guns neccesary to move about their cause. I doubt she had delivered on her end of the bargain yet. She’s playing a dangerous game, one where she might end up being caught like a mouse.”

And so Konnor spoke, breaking his silence and it seemed to be very hard for him in general. His eyes were cold and they could see the ruthless president that he was holding back for the majority of this talk crawling to the surface. Scratching his way to the top, Veronica had been the cause of his reasons behind wanting Estarossa gone from his seat and sending him to prison. Only he made the most out of the situation, now he sat as King, no one would challenge him, at least, not yet.

Creeper was feeling odd, he knew the things would affect the club in ways that neither of them would even imagine. Konnor was the leader now and he had finally gotten the truth, only there was a part of him that demanded some so-called justice. A part of him that coveted the chair in which Konnor now sat, he put that part of him down, burying it as deep as he could. Not wishing for those thoughts to come to the surface ever again.

Report Post Tip

This life had ambition, you had to make your own at some point, now here they were. The brothers looked at Konnor for guidance, the man that was their leader, he wasn’t voted, it had been a matter of succession. Nothing was ever so easy for the club. Creeper had been the one as a Sgt. At Arms, if they thought that he would have made a play for President, they were wrong and now they stood united against their enemies. The Irish, Putlova, and The Tribe.

“Enemies surround us enemies across the pond and enemies right in front of us. When I put on this patch. I knew that things were going to be different from Estarossa. None of you saw it that way. We had our differences on who should have led us into these new times, now I ask you for that assistance. I need you, brothers, I need for the darkness that is sure to try and consume me.”

Konnor sounded like he was truly scared for what was going to happen, these men had been around him since the beginning and they would always be his men. That was never going to change. Not now, not ever. They should know that now and he was glad they knew it from him. Only the things that would soon change them, with the arrival of this new alliance, things in the world were becoming more difficult.

“Belfast and Dungloe, you think we can trust ‘em? They were not outright supporting the T.R.S but they were not exactly on our side either. They seemed to have their own agenda, what happens with them?”

And for that one, Konnor didn’t know. Keath and Dare seemed like good guys who were ready for something new for their respective brotherhoods. They were now the connection to the Irish Mob back home for Devlin, they were crucial and why would they give up a payday like that? Plus they were now apart of a growing empire, the Fallen Angels were expanding.

Dare and Keath, they were men who had been apart of their own MCs for a while, never having a problem with one another. They had seemingly worked with one another to keep out drugs and anything else that could have stopped their own cash flow. They were good men and now the bullshit was at their doorstep in the form of the Angels, men without honour, they knew the code that the patch was. It was business, like this, business drove everything.

“Belfast and Dungloe are operating with one another, it’s been assured that the King in European matters is going to be Keath McKeavy. Anything he says goes. He says that he’s going to be loyal to us, the Irish Supporters and their methods aren’t his styles. We have nothing to worry about, for now.”

Report Post Tip

Johnny and Creeper nodded, Johnny, having met both men believed that they were going to do what was best for their club at the least. The rest of the MC would be after, only. Now he knew that include a number of things but if they could get someone in that camp, it would allow them something of a nice pair of eyes on them.

“For now, we remain clear of that business, we have to move when we see a chance. The Tribe, they’re the immediate concern, it is them I am worried about and only them for right now. The Irish haven’t made their move and why would they? Their weapons haven’t arrived yet if they have the weaponry for such a move, it’d be something else.”

Johnny and Creep knew that was a good move, they decided to move on from that, they could see that Konnor wanted to be left alone, the business and war with Putlova was not even starting and they could tell that he was worried, for all of them. She had whispered poison in his ear and he listened, nothing else had made them angrier, they wanted her dead. She had been the reason for their decline, she was behind this and soon it would be time to pay her back for this bullshit.

“Brother, we’re not angry that much. You did something that you thought was for the better of this club. We’ve all that done, only now, we have to move on and we have to make sure that our enemies know who the fuck we are. We are the ones who stand above all of them, we are the apex of apex predators out here.”

Creeper was the one that spoke with this passion, he was the one that was not to be mistaken with anyone else. Here he was, the man, the fucking legend who stood by his Prez without anything holding him back anymore. He knew that he could serve Konnor, the man had done what he thought was right, at least, he didn’t rat. Nor did he kill him, it was business, just like the Mob.

Konnor and he hugged, both of them whispering thanks to one another, it was clear that the beef between had been settled. It was now time to focus on the enemies around them. People who wouldn’t give up until they were dead and their legacies were in the ground with them and this war was the decider, who was the true MC in the states.

“We’ll be doing just that my brothers. No doubt, these fuckers won’t have shit on us. We were founded before they were, we are the last of the Host and now we are the beginning of the fall, our descent is beginning and those fuckers in Ohio, they will know what is coming their way. WE are the true bikers of the East Coast, Angels do not die in Tribe country. Angels rise and kill in Tribe Country.”

Report Post Tip

Konnor spoke with authority, letting his brothers go with a bob of his head, his head turning to the mugshots and photos of the brothers in other wars. Among them was teen Estarossa, then Konnor, then Jury, and now Creeper, as well as Grin, were on the wall. They had earned their place on it.

Now as Konnor sat at the table, his mind drifting back and forth to the moments where he had been a friend and a true brother to Estarossa, only to then switch back to the moments of his arrest. When he had laughed like a deranged lunatic on the run, this was that moment, these were the moments where Konnor knew that he had to be better, he had to become better than he really was.

He had been played, Estarossa may have wanted out of the gun business for this charter alone. Now he wanted out of it too, he knew that it was dangerous. There were moments where he knew times were better, this club could have been better. Now it was something else, it was a criminal organization. At a time, it was something different, it had been the moment for the brothers to gather and be brothers in every sense of the word. Now they were criminals running guns across the states.

“Brother, we’ve led a club through the years and now we have this moment. Our club is reaching the heights that only some could dream of. We now have some people entering the political arena and now we have some club members ready to give their lives for our cause. I learnt everything I know from you, now I hope that you taught me enough to survive what is to come now. These people, these fuckers….they wish to challenge our rule, let me and let the guidance you gave me show them who we are. Who the Fallen Angels of the Host really are….”

Konnor whispered that as he stared at the photo of Jury and Estarossa, both of them had their bikes turned to the camera as he was standing there with a faint smile. He had never been known to show some emotion, he guessed Lina had been the one to bring it out of him. So much she had done for him and he had yet to visit her grave, she was an honourary angel in his eyes. One of the few women that could wear the wings on her back and would have truly earnt it.

“This is….goodbye I guess, the next time I come here...I will be clad in leather and ready for the future. This war, this bloodshed, it ends now and it ends with Ramirez dead where he stands and nothing is going to protect him from that. Not his patches, not his prospects, no one. This is where we are going to be making our final stand and I carry you both with me, no matter where you are.”

Konnor stood from his seat, his footsteps echoed as he walked out. Deciding that this war end, it took a lot more than just words and Konnor knew that. Something needed to happen for a winning side to emerge in this battle.

South Philly - Doughboy Diner
1 Week Later...

Konnor and Creeper were sitting in the booth, enjoying some fries as the sun shone down on them surprisingly. This was not an everyday occurrence, the two of them were supposed to meet with some new crew lurking around their territory in the time that Konnor had once again gone to Chicago, meeting up with the broad who had taken all his attention. Something that some of the brothers had noticed, taking to teasing the man.

It had been a light of hope away from the serious war that was bearing down on them and soon they would have to get to work. Only Creeper had brought some news to Kon’s attention, it seemed some rogue T.R.S factions were spotted in Ohio and gearing up for war. Things were not going the way they were needed, and now many of the brothers were acting up, preparing for a war that they even know was already going on

“Shit, we sure? Yeah….the brothers, all of them. They’re ready to go to war, some of the prospects are looking for war as well. This shit isn’t something that they want to wait for, knowing that some guy could pull up on them for some gangland shit, it’s not something that they want to go home with, their old ladies, their kids. Brother, they want us to roll up on the Tribe and kill ‘em all. Quick and easy some of them say, some of them want a vote.”

Charters had always wanted to protect their own and when something like this was happening to the mother charter. It was something that had them become a target. Their lives, their businesses were going to change. If people need not come to the Angels for help, who would they go to? The anti-hero, clad in leather with his trusty iron steed, something like that was what kids grew up and now to see their heroes fall. It created a sense of unease, people needed to be reassured.

“Moving on Ramirez, with his damaged charters, we should have done this weeks ago. We could ride up at the funeral and then we got him, swift and easy as fucking pie. Now he’s more secure than a fucking governor. If we could make this move work...we have to make sure that no civilians can get caught in this crossfire. Get Misaki to look up some crews that the Tribe might try to patch over and then we roll through...we end this headache.”

Creeper nodded, enjoying some more of the fries as he looked at over at the waitress, Mindy, she had a soft spot for Konnor. It seemed that he was just getting really lucky recently. Almost like the patch he wore was affecting his status to the ladies and probably was, he didn’t even notice it. Konnor seemed to be focused on one thing only, that was protecting the club and the broad in Chicago, no one knew in which order either.

The swift sounds of a car braking drew their attention, Creeper smiled, everything seemed to be going in slow motion as the windows rolled down. Only did Creeper than noticing that these were hitmen, he grabbed Konnor and pulled him down to the floor, making sure that nothing was to hit him. They gasped, noticing the bullets that shattered the glass, like broken teeth.

Screams filled the diner as people laid dead and suddenly, a loud boom roared in the sky and it was only then that the car pulled off. Leaving both President and Vice-President to look around them, noticing the growing smoke in distance and this was not the time for it, they knew that now. They stepped out of the diner, both of them had one thing in mind, it couldn’t be, because if it was, they had something new that was going to be taking priority right now.

Old City District, Fallen Angels Clubhouse
Five Minutes Later….

The roar of many motorcycles was heard, from all over the street as the Fallen Angels looked at their destroyed clubhouse. None of them could believe it, this was the doing of two people, they had sent their message. This was war, without the power of Philadelphia resting anymore. They believed it was going to be easy pickings for them, all of their brothers had survived, the boys had been at work with Grim.

Now they all stood across from the clubhouse. Nothing was in there, thankfully. Everything was kept elsewhere, in a different state altogether, something that all of them hoped would not be picked up. Now was the time to pack up and move elsewhere, many people knew that there was no permanent presence of the club in New York. Many of them were thinking that would have been a good idea for them, it was easy to relocate too and they could still have time to finish off the fucking devils in the Tribe.

“King, we’ve got the spare space in New York. We rebuild, they dealt the first blow, chances are, they’ll hire some guys to finish the jobs. Only we have to focus on Ramirez, they’ve done something big. They have alerted the FBI to their presence, their fucked, this is a terrorist act and nothing is getting on this scale, again.”

Konnor didn’t even care, he didn’t wish to listen. This was his fault, all of this was his fault. Like a snake that bitch gash had whispered into his ear, nothing else had come of it. Estarossa had always been the one to lead, he would have known what to do. Only now this was it, he was now leading a chaotic group of men, teens, and women who wished to join this charter. Shit was changing, so was business. Konnor had to prepare, cause this was just the start, he felt it in his bones.

“This was Putlova and the Irish. They couldn’t let me have one moment of peace, one moment where I wouldn’t regret listening to that bitch. No this is revenge she wanted e to feel this deep, this is where I patched in. Where Estarossa had founded the charter and where Jury had finally accepted his role as the leader of our little group. No, she wanted to hurt me! She wanted to fuck with me and she’s done it! Now, imma kill that fucking bitch!”

Konnor’s was a sight to behold as he took hold of it and made sure that it turned into hate. Nothing was saving Putlova, nothing and he would make sure of that. This bitch was going to die by the hands of a Weeping Angel. When Angels weep, that is when they were the most dangerous. Their minds shattered and broken beyond all repair, the business is what they did and how they thrived, Konnor was now a Weeping Angel, he was the example of how far you push an angel to the limit and how much they will push back.

Report Post Tip

Creeper and Grim were not at the level of anger that Konnor was showing, he was rage personified, that is what made him scary. Konnor had made a good Sgt. At Arms, he was something, no one ever wanted to piss him off. He was a beast and here it was showing, he was angry and ready to mount Veronica Putlova’s head on a pike. She was not going to be escaping punishment, she was going to be dying a gruesome death, something that was clear now.

None of them was against her dying, she deserved that now. After all, she has done so much harm to this club and she would be begging for the sweet relief of death once they were done with her. No, she was going to suffer for her transgressions against them.

“She’s going to be running, she’s in the states and I know how to find her. Someone who she is close to. Someone who has been to the clubhouse on more than one occasion. Darko Putlova, he’s here and I don’t care if she will be indifferent to him dying, we find him, we do what we wish and then we find and gut the bitch.”

Konnor spoke with hatred, nothing held him back now. He walked off, sitting on his bike, his eyes narrowed for a second before riding away. He just wished to be alone with his thoughts right now. He knew that many of his brothers would wonder where he was going, only he could trust them to handle themselves for now. This was what he needed, a moment, a single moment alone.

‘I let you get inside my head, you’ve fucked me up worse than imaginable and now it’s time for me to return the favour...you’re going to pay. You are going to burn and I promise you, this is the least of your worries. Those Irishmen, they will kill you or at least try too. I only wonder who goes first, who is going to get you first and I hope to god, it’s me.'

New York, Brooklyn - Graveyard
A few days later….

“There are moments I wondered if I had made that move first, there was something about you that drew me in. There was someone that I wanted more from and that was you. You were something special, I don’t even know what I would have done without you, your presence was amazing Catalina. My life changed because of you, ha-ha. How odd that I can admit it now, maybe I can say that I was falling in love with you. Maybe that’s just something this world didn’t want me to admit. You were destined for someone else and I was destined to simply pine for you.”

Konnor sat down on a headstone, looking at the gravestone for Catalina Rey. One of the most important people the club ever had the pleasure of working with. She had left a hole for them to fill, nothing was the same again. The shipments had stopped and people had moved on, especially those who worked in Filet and Vine. Now Konnor wondered for a moment, what if he had done something. What would have changed for him and the club? When he took up the patch, everything changed and his business became hers.

“Hey, brother? What are you doing here? Some people are still finding it a bit odd that you’re wearing that. We’re supposed to be wearing the new kuttes brother. That is another sign entirely, we don’t want these guys becoming something else for us. We need them and they need us, New York is the new start for us. Why don’t you say goodbye to her? It’s better that way, we all need that.”

Creeper crouched down next to Konnor, both of them looked at the headstone with something akin to respect and awe. She was amazing, a leader that everyone aspired to be and that was not something that anybody could take away from her. She allowed everyone a fair shake and now the Angels had come to pay their respects, they stood from their seats, deciding to pay her one final goodbye.

“Rest well, Catalina. You lived an amazing life and now the pearly gates of heaven await you, sister. Rest in the arms of the angel.”

Creeper recited a prayer for fallen members of the club, knowing how Konnor felt for her. He respected her, even when he never had it shown. Now was one of those times that he had given her such respect, she deserved it. Now he bowed his head, deciding to remove himself and allow Konnor the final sayings. It was what needed to happen, it was time to move on, for all of them.

“I don’t know what else to say, things have already been said. You’re something of an angel, not like us. A real angel, someone who offered guidance and gave us wisdom. You gave us strength and you gave us support, you allowed something more than the criminal lifestyle and I think that is what we will remember you for. I, however, will remember you as the brilliant woman that I respected and would protect with my life. You were one of the real angels, Catalina. May you rest and find safety in the arms of the angels.”

Konnor’s face was blank for a second before it cracked. A single droplet rolled down his cheek, moving away as he hugged his brother in Creeper. Konnor needed this and finally, he said goodbye. Nothing was left unsaid, she was the one that got away, she was the one taken away too soon and now he wondered if she would be the one that allowed him to improve himself.

Creeper was not going to allow his brother to be alone, they all knew what Konnor had meant. When he was alone, it was not good for anyone. In the recent days since the move, Konnor had been alone, writing in notepads and deciding to keep himself locked away. Coming up with plans to take down the Tribe, he was too focused and the brothers were worried, he had to be ready for what was coming.

“I got you, brother, just know that what happens next is for the club. Come on, it’s time to put an end to this bullshit and finally go about bringing peace to these streets. Let people have some fucking rest, eh?”

Descent of Angles - Act II

Never let it be said that the Fallen Angels did not appreciate what the world had given them, they were one of the luckiest sons of guns to ever walk the face of the earth. They had one of the greatest leaders in Estarossa Pincheel, the man that had brought them all together. Back in Canada, he had brought all of the clubs together and decided that something new was happening.

From the clubs that no one had never appreciated or respected, to some who tried to make it by within legal means, they were all singing a different tune once Mael swung by on his bike. Back, the Old Originals, Michael Pavanno and Billy Pinkman had been the ones to found this club. The host of heaven had been born and soon they were doing runs, making cash from nothing. They were brothers and they had expanded their influence all across the known world.

Only from their success, other clubs saw it too. Some had tried differently, getting involved with Heroin, Booze, and Women. They saw the opportunities that the Host had, deciding to follow their shining example. It became clear that this was more than a single club idea, this was more than a single criminal organization. This was international, the clubs had grown and soon there had been a Big Three...a Big Three of Biker Clubs across the states and international waters.

The Heavenly Host, now going by the name of the Fallen Angels Motorcycle Club. They were known throughout California, Nevada, Washington, Michigan, Illinois, and many more places. Their influence had grown along with their Arms trade business, organized by Michael Pavanno, through his links with Viktor Putlova, along with their drugs trade business which was supplied by the Cordelia Brothers in Sinaloa.

They were regarded as the founding angels or weeping angels, they’re often challenged for the seat as the most dominant club around.

‘Michael Pavanno founded an organization of like-minded people and brought them under one banner, his. Nothing was more important than his word, many people in his own club had challenged that. Such as Victor Mendoza, Billy Pinkman, and some succeeded, he was one of the club’s most successful and charismatic presidents. Often being compared to the likes of his father and many other National Presidents.’

‘After him, there was Konnor Marx. Now often regarded as a brute, Konnor had grown into his role as President, reinstating the title of Kings. He had shared it between himself, Galen Romona, and Givern Sioze. It became a system that worked until the death of Givern, leaving the title split between two men who lived for different sides of the club. It was what many people believe led to the Descent of Angels…’

New York, Brooklyn - Fallen Angels Clubhouse
A Week Later

It had been a whole week since he had visited the gravestone of Catalina Rey, now he was sitting down at the bar, nursing his own wounds as he wondered what was net for them. With the Philadelphia clubhouse being blown up, calls had come from across the pond, from Peoria, and especially from Prison.

Many people wondered if they still had a mother charter. Only then, Konnor announced the move of the Mother Charter to Brooklyn. Many were shocked, others believed this was to make up for the lack of an Albany King. Now that was stupid, the brothers remaining in the Albany Charter now rested up here, while knowing where they would be moving.

Only one thing remained now and that was the fate of the Tribe, many knew that they couldn’t fight a war on multiple fronts. The brothers in Belfast and Dungloe were whole, it seemed to be strictly Philly that was targeted, now it left them all paranoid. Some prospects were now disillusioned with the club life. Not knowing this is what they now needed to be done.

“We’ve just got a call, Galen’s gathering the troops. Irish guns have arrived, he’s packing. He’s moving on the Tribe, the brothers want to know where we stand and how we will be moving. You got that brother?”

Konnor knew that many of them wanted him to move, Galen was a King in his own right but now in his face and on his position. Konnor was not in the right frame of mind but he did keep his wits about him, he needed to make a call and he knew where it was going.

“Arrange a call to Philadelphia, I need to speak with Estarossa, get me right with this brother.”

Konnor grumbled before looking over and for a second, he was sure that he saw Jury. Only that could not be right, Jury was dead. His brother had died because of him, he shrugged, deciding to move away from that and keep his wits about him. He struggled with it for quite some time, only to look back and realize that Jury wasn’t there.

“You alright Kon?”

He nodded towards Goren, heading off to his room and deciding to rest this off. He was at fault here, maybe he needed that get right with what he had done to get his crew her. A total decimation was what caused this, Givern was dead. Estarossa was in jail, Galen was rallying the troops and his boys.

And look at him, he was wallowing and ready to give up the gavel. Where he wished to lead this club, where he wished to make sure they were going. It was fading before his eyes, it was all going. Now he wondered, had the money gotten in the way of all of it? This life had caused him so much pain, now he had wanted to give it all up. A quick one-two lock and load.

Konnor looked down at his hands, he could see that they were covered in blood. Whose blood? He had no clue, only this is what The Life did, it brought you to your knees, at the worst moment. Now was not the time he needed to be on his knees, he shrugged it off, heading to his room as he noticed the New York Fallen Angel Leather Jacket. He knew it was time

He put it on, breathing in a sigh of relief. Heading out as he walked into the bar, he could see that so many of them were surprised that he chose to wear the new kutte. Many of them had been worried that the fact he wore the old kutte made him look too different like he was losing his grip of the handlebars.

“Table meeting and patches only. Let’s go.”

And so it happened, all of them walked in after Konnor, placing their faith in this man and they knew that it had something to do with the attacks as of late, the Tribe had been silent but they were a threat and now they needed to be dealt with.

Konnor sat at the head of the table, he looked at his sides, Creeper and Grim were here supporting him. Every one of the patches looked at him with a bit of respect, they knew that it had not been the same since the clubhouse in Philly was blown up and then Givern dying, it was something that would have destroyed a President but this was a King.

“We all know why we’re here. The Tribe, the Irish, now Veronica Putlova. We have enemies all around us. This is being put to a vote ladies and gentlemen, I have to trust that you all know what you’re ready to do here. This vote is to decide who will go for, The Tribe is going to be taken care of. An outside hitman referred to us by Estarossa, who is getting out soon.”

Many of the brothers cheered, some of them ready for the eccentric president of theirs to finally get on the right side of the fence. The man deserved it and had some of the best ideas that this club had ever seen.

Now with him back, he deserved that light. Some of them knew that the position of President could have been challenged but knowing Estarossa, he didn’t covet the seat like many others. He would have let Konnor live his life as President, he would have been happy as a simple patch. Many people knew that about the former Prez, he was a man of honour, something that part of the life had given him.

“You vote the correct way you believe this is going. I want all of us to be sure, we need this to be good, for all of us. We cannot make the wrong move in times like these, we are being watched, the criminal underworld is watching the moves our club makes. So are our allies, they’re not going to stick around and wait for us to finally grow some balls. They know the threat that these guys possess, so right now….who do we go for first?”

And so the vote commenced, nothing ever felt so different in this room like before. Many of the brothers knew that threat these guys possessed but nothing was ever so sure than now. These guys had spoken about the Putlova’s, their connections and the things that Veronica could use to bring them to their knees, it was no contest and such it was not a surprise when the vote was not split, all of them had agreed to go for Veronica.

“We’ve spoken or the three of us, being I, Joel, and Johnny. We’ve discussed which ways to target Veronica. She’s smart and so she won’t be that stupid to stay close to us. She will have people watching us, this is the way it rolls now. We have to be ready for this type of thing, she’s going to be keeping herself at bay from the club. She will only show when something big happens, she wants us to feel her presence in every little thing. Get us paranoid and then like a cobra, she will lash out and strike. Be ready for anything to happen, brothers, she is not like the other fools we have faced in the past.”

Many of them already knew that regarding the business with Veronica, she had been the chosen heir in regards to the guns business. Many of them wondered what it would have been like working under her, she was a Mob Boss and someone who still had connections in the known world, she was not going to sit idly by while many of them were going to be ducking and finding anything they could find her.

This was going to be a game, something that the Prez, VP, And Sgt already knew. This was not going to be a fast and easy war. Veronica was smart and so they knew that she was not going to be putting herself in danger. There was someone here that already had a connection to her, someone they could use and even though it would risk the alliance that the Irish-Devlin-Faction had already going on with the remaining allied Russians, it was not something they could sit by and allow to happen.

“Prez, we know that. She’s done a lot to this club before we even knew her and some of the new guys patched in. She’s become the enemy of others and she has believed herself to be above the rules that we have set. We cannot have her becoming any more powerful than she is now. I know what this leads to, I know what the bylaws state. Right now, she has crossed those and is going to be meeting the Angel of Death, Samael awaits her dark and putrid soul.”

Konnor turned his head to Nicky Jones, his eyes narrowed on him for a second. There had been a time where there was a mistrust within those eyes of the veteran angel. Something like this, it brought them all together. An enemy that tried to take them all out, the hit on Konnor had to be answered by the all the charters, some of them taking the fight already. Deciding to bring the T.R.S to their knees, their support in the states was already minimal and allying with the outcasted Putlova did nothing to help their case. If anything, it brought them into the Ironsights of many criminal organizations.

Nicky knew that his reputation with the club was not at stake, he had nothing to lose right now. Brothers fought and they had discord, this was different. There had been a shot fired, something that hadn’t happened in a long time. A shot at a charter Prez was expected but a shot at a King, one of the last two, it was something that no one was going to take lightly. Now it left Konnor with a guard at all times and a raging bull of many guards, this was something that no one really expected.

“Nick, touching or getting to her now is next to impossible, Russian gangsters all over the place, they would be reporting to her. Every second of every day, we need to bring together our resources and bring her brother to heel. He is the one that answers for her crimes and the Russian Commission, if we can get that one locked down, we have a shot at winning this little war.”

Konnor shook his head, looking at Misaki, this wasn’t about a singular shot, this wasn’t about bringing together the resources of the club. It was vengeance and he was being cold, calculating, his brothers needed to see it that way. This couldn’t be ended with a singular shot, her power base needed to be weakened and she needed to be on the rung, she would not gain anything again, her business had to be in tatters by the time they were done with her stupid ass.

Creeper was feeling that exact same fury, the belief that happened now was something different. The brothers wanted her dead with a single shot, no that was not going to be happening. She wanted them to suffer, she wanted Estarossa to suffer and now she had placed the entire club on alert, she was going to be begging for the sweet relief of death. She was not going to escape their clutches, she was going to be the one that looked at him, knowing that she had caused her fate and no one else.

“Brothers, no. That is not going to be happening, a single shot is not what is going to end this war. We need to be ready for what comes next, a war. No, a fucking demolition of the Putlova Empire. They’re no longer going to be welcome on the High Society, we’ve spoken with Devlin and the Cordelia brothers. We are moving forward without them, Viktor is dead. Our business is changing, what we are doing is going to change the criminal underworld. Understand, right now, this is the descent of angels!”

And that is the first time every single brother listened, the descent of angels, only ever used when a President meant there was no surrender in what happened. There was not going to be a place that was left breathing or signs of life, the Putlova Empire had drawn their last. They had wished for them to die, now it would give them the cause for war, this meant many things, it meant that the club would finally show their hand, the enemies that would come for them...they would learn now, they would begin to see that the Angels were not in the business with playing games with their enemies.

The man who spoke, the one who had been silent, Grim. The one who was supposed to protect the Prez from threats, people often forgot about him, only here he was now. The beast that he was, it was showing that he could lead a crew, any one of these three men could lead a squad of brothers. Now it was time for the war. Now it was time to show these young guns that it was not always going to be gun-running, it was time for action.

“Any of you have a problem with that, then you need to get right with this move. It’s going to be something we all support, one hundred fucking per cent. This is not the time where we stand by. We are going to war, you have to see that now. We’re ready to make sure that we become the top biker club, this is the brotherhood if one of you were hit, were assaulted or god forbid, killed. I would hunt that person down and make sure they know never to touch one of us again. This is what happens, they meet Samael.”

Misaki, Rai, and Goren all sat around the table. In ways, they knew that this was going to become warped. The brotherhood they imagined had been different, only they saw different now and they had grown with it. They had known what the club had done, some would have thought these guys would have gone to the feds, ratted them out. No, they stuck it out. This was their family now, just like Konnor had said as they got patched in. This club mattered more than anything, they were done with it and they knew what these guys would do for them, it just needed time to get settled.

To know these guys were willing to put other people away for them, it meant something. This shit goes back a few times and it would make them see, they were not simply replaceable, that they were here for a reason. Just as every other patch was, they had earned their places in this charter. That much was clear, they were family and they were ready to give something more, they were ready to give their lives for the club.

“We understand, brothers. We know where this stands and we are ready to go forward with this, whatever you need us to do. We are ready to go with it.”

Konnor and Creeper looked at one another, they knew these guys were still on the fence, slightly. They were ready to get into this, they had only patched in for a good while now and had yet to earn the ‘Original’ Patch. They were not truly one of the trusted brothers, yet. Now here they were, ready to finally earn their keep.

“Well then, that’s good. Because Darko Putlova is the first on our list, he needs to be taken from his high-valued escort service. Which is currently sitting in Bella Vista, get him and then get whatever information you can out of the fucker. I want him to squeal like a fucking pig. I don’t give a fuck what you do, just make sure that he ain’t warning or killing nobody after this. Got it?”

And it was then that the first piece had moved, Darko Putlova, a former ally to the Fallen Angels was now on the chopping block. His sister and her follies against the club had begun, it was time to begin the game in earnest and who would win, no one knew. Only one thing was guaranteed from this, blood would flow in the streets and there would be many eyes onto this war. Many people who would cower in their homes, others would cry for the police and there would be no saviours, there would only be weeping angels…

The Piece: The Dark Horse, Putlova’s Second

Misaki Serachi has been someone who believed in the club’s rightful justice. He had been the one to stick by Creeper in the times where the club had nowhere to turn too. Only to then stop shocked at the death of Givern, which had brought Creeper and Konnor closer. They had united, it had been a difference that everyone welcomed with open arms.

Only more carnage came, the war had spilt into their backyard. The Irish-Russian alliance came and now many people were caught in the crossfire, people died under suspicion and now a different move was happening. The Club, the angels were taking Darko Putlova and bringing him under their sweet care. He would learn to adjust, no doubt about that. Only came different things now, the club members Misaki, Goren, and Rai were tasked with putting him under their sweet care and this is where they were now. Outside the Escort manor, waiting for Darko and they could already make out a few bulky guards out there.

The brothers would not pretend that they were not anxious, doing this type of thing, it was not exactly in their list of skills and here it was now. Darko had stepped out, accompanied by a woman, seemingly wishing to taste a piece of the company pie, now he had stopped.

“Fuck...Fuck! It’s the angels…”

And just like that, their plan had started, Misaki tackled Darko to the ground, getting him into a nearby van. Goren and Rai had fired their respective weapons at the bulky guards, killing two of them. Soon, they drove off and towards a warehouse. They guessed that it the time for the interrogation part of this little program.

Darko had been knocked out as they all drove off towards the warehouse, although it was clear that he knew of them. Now that made it clear, the Russians were involved with the recent bombing. He was a clever little shit, though this was not going to be something that he escaped from. It gave them a chance to discuss their lives at this point, only slightly listening to the radio as they drove in the night.

“We’re patched boys. Now we have to earn the rest of our patches. I didn’t expect it to go like this, mother always talked about this. This life, the life that I was so interested in, I never knew that it would get to this extent. Now I wonder, would I always be doing this? Konnor seems different, Creeper as well. They’re more intense, they want to see us prevail, the club. It’s a way of life and now we have to prove that we fit in with that.”
