Why We Should Admire and Praise CommissarZverev Started by: lOOPercentThatWitch on Nov 22, '19 05:37

It had begun to rain just as Sabrina stepped from the butcher shop's door. Just her luck. She had just gotten her hair and nails did and was on her way home for her sweet date with @CoconutRandy later. She was making him bloody steak. This was a common courting dance between men and women. Sabrina would show Randy what she wanted to do with his coconuts.

But now, with the rain, what would she even do. Ugh. Just then, out of no where, an umbrella appeared above her. Sabrina's lips formed into a smile and she looked up from the brisket to see who had saved her from the down pour. Though, as soon as her eyes laid upon the familiar face of the umbrella owner she was immediately disappointed. It was @CommissarZverevIt's possible that she shouldn't even be surprised. The man had already been relentless in sending her flowers and telegrams asking her for a date. Now it seemed he had resorted to stalking her - well in between winning duels and triggering @RupertGiles.

Oh, it's you.

Sabrina said, the enthusiasm she had gone down the gutter just like all the rain. However, she was in quite the situation. She so desperately needed to stay dry for her date later, but did she want to take the kindness from a man like that? The world hated him. Or they loved him. It was a mixed bag, honestly. Something something about writing contests. Something something about that Destro guy. Honestly, it was very confusing and much to complex for the small brain of a woman of the 1930's.

She sighed. It was now or never. She had to make a decision. Keep Baby Brisket safe or...

Well, I guess just this once. Sabrina made up her mind and stood further under the umbrella and leaving the safety of butcher's shop overhang above the door. But don't get any ideas. I have a date tonight and a very busy social schedule. I don't know if...

Sabrina trailed off. The man was offering her an umbrella stroll. She didn't need to be such a witch to him.

Thank you. I appreciate your kindliness.

The two walked down the sidewalk. It was only a few short blocks to her flat. Oh gosh, Sabrina realized now he would know where she lived. But  then again, he knew exactly where to find her. Because he was a stalker. So it didn't really matter that he already knew. She shrugged it off as the two walked in silence down the road. And as the silence sank in, not something Sabrina was exactly comfortable with, she thought about things. Maybe she had judged the Commissar too harshly. Maybe everyone was judging him much too harshly. He had been doing amazing things for the community, their community. Why was the man not getting more praise and admiration that he was.

@CommissarZverev should be receiving 110% Admiration and Praise instead of the sniveling 65% he was probably receiving. To start with, the man was a legend. His ancestors had been around these shores for many, many, several many generations. That alone gained you so much cred. Sometimes it's who you know. But sometimes it's just how long you've been around. How famous your family name really is. Sometimes you are born with a silver spoon in your mouth and sometimes you aren't. The Commissar's lineage has been dealt both hands and has climbed through the ranks each and every lifetime.

So, firstly, Mr. Zverev should be admired and praised because he's been on these shores for forever. Like a really fucking long time. Exactly what he has done was lost to Sabrina at that splitting moment, but it didn't matter. The man moved mountains with his words. That's all that really mattered.

Secondly, the man moved mountains with his words. His lineage has seen several underground crews. Or claims to underground crews. It's unclear if the start of those movements. Those rebellions. Those riots. Those times he stood up for the little man could be traced directly back to him exactly, but every change needs a mascot. CommissarZverev was a goofy mother fucker. Perfect for the job.

Thirdly, he was quite active in the streets. Our streets! The streets where we find our information. Through newspapers, war explanations, fights, drama and action. The streets are our life blood and at the moment our life blood is popping even a vampire couldn't handle it. They were active, opinions were being heard...or at least spoken. Some people were even shot for what they were saying in the streets. Some people wanted Mr. Zverev to be shot for what HE was saying in the streets. If that's not a true and great leader right there Sabrina didn't know what was.

Lost in her thoughts about the incredible and amazing CommissarZverev, Sabrina didn't even notice that her and Baby Brisket were almost to her place. A minute later the pair stood in front of her door. She looked up at Mr. Zverev to only realize...it was not the Commissar, but actually the very handsom @Pigeon. He had saved her from the rain! Sabrina threw her arms around the man before she even realized what she was doing. Both very thankful and very revealed that it wasn't her stalker Mr. Zverev. Though, her thoughts moments ago still hung true. Maybe, just maybe, CommissarZverev deserved more respect. 110% respect. She hoped others would reconsider their stance on such a great and powerful man, a true word smith of his time.

You forgot his other miracles. I am amazed hes not been made a saint yet.

He cured a ham

He made a blind man deaf

He walked underwater

He was even crucified for our sins

His mom was a virgin, never mind you that shortly after his birth 3 men showed up with gifts.

*throws away his rosary* Hes my personal lord and savior too.

Im praying to him now to heal my tongue so cramped from being stuck in my cheek for this

Haha, you are both really funny and have correctly noticed that the impostor Commissar is a bit of a dolt.

Anyway, excellent work. This is exactly the type of humour we are looking for to fill out the Star Examiner funny pages. Are either of you seeking paid employment?

Those words are heartwarming and conforting untill she had to use the bathroom.
"Everybody needs a little time away, I heard her say. From the ones that we love."
profound words too, someone should make a song out of them one day

Let’s praise the petulant worm that wriggles through these streets unharmed. Various verbal attacks on my cities figure heads. I find it hard to believe no one has tracked his location and scalped the infectious cretin.
