A paperboy is handing out the latest issue of The Star-Examiner and, having only had CoconutRandy's RIDICULOUS production to sate your news-buds, you eagerly read it.

CommissarVerevz stands nearby watching people gobbling up the production and allows himself a small smile. "We did it, Dominic," he whispers quietly, knowing that his fallen friend will hear him.

He remains near the paperboy, partly to make sure CoconutRandy doesn't attempt to sabotage it and partly to bask in the doubtless admiration which was going to head his way.

 CommissarZverev and yet the last what 3 or 4 of your duels were guys much younger than you.. You are basically like a cheap discount version of Mikhail. 

You missed your first shot against Vaelin and Nikolai_Volkoff which in itself is saying something about your "powerful" gun.

Oh boy, I'm talking about his duelling calm down kid, don't want you to shatter your hopes and dreams.

If you want to be anything like him actually defeat people that is actually a challenge for someone of your age and rank lol. Kind of embarrassing to see you call yourself a good dueller when your killing 6 day olds' and 48 year old gangster. Go kill a few dons hell even a GF and change my mind lol 

Coconut Randy could not believe it. He had paperboys? What kind of money was behind this operation? He couldn't set fire to the bundle of copies if they were in the hands of a young boy. He wasn't necessarily against it personally but it was hard enough being the #2 newspaper in America without igniting children in a red-hot blaze. The Star-Examiner was always one step ahead of him. In fact, their news was 70-80 years ahead of him. And in that gorgeous black-and-white format. How could he compete? He couldn't. Not unless he set this child on fire. It was a masterful chess move from the new Dominic. He was angered but equally impressed. He had been outplayed. It was simply too public of a place to set this 11-year old aflame. 

Destro_Whelan walked past a newsstand and picked up the latest edition of the Star-Examiner.  He had heard rumors that the paper was under new management, so he was excited to check out the new format.  To his delight, the new editor was none other than his own crew's Left Hand Man the Commissar.  He tucked the paper under his arm and headed back to the Interior Ministry HQ to congratulate the Commissar on a job well done.
