tiggy exited a car, third of a convoy, along with Destro_Whelan , Il_Matto , KellyC and CommissarZverev . The convoy had pulled up adjacent to the runway of Bricktown airport after the approaching aircraft had come to a stop. The door to the aircraft opened, and stairs extended. In a cordoned off press area that wasn't even scheduled on the itinerary to have been made, CoconutRandy could be seen taking photographs with a trusty Kodak.

The party descends from the aircraft, and tiggy extended a heart handshake, looking the first man clear in the eye and spoke very clearly to make the lips as readable as possible.

"Comrade Toaly. It is a pleasure to see your arrival in Detroit. We have prepared a hero's welcome for one of the most decorated and renowned comrades of the Soviet State."

tiggy turned to Aeiou

"And Aeiou! You are looking as lovely as always. It is true what they say, when it comes to your beauty of your bloodline the apple does not fall far from the tree. Of course it was only natural that you would ascend to a position in the State worthy of your genes and heritage.

tiggy gives Aeiou a quick kiss on each cheek before moving to JustinBieber.

"And JustinBieber ! We have not met personally but I had received communiques and reports detailing your success and work in Vegas. It will be an honor to work with you. We should take the opportunity to catch up once you have settled in and finished unpacking."

tiggy escorted the new arrivals to the convoy of open-top cars. Toaly , and tiggy took their places in the first car in the series, Il_Matto and Aeiou in the second, Destro_Whelan , JustinBieber and Dmitry in the third, and CommissarZverev , Becceh , KellyC and Brittle in the fourth.

The convoy left the airport and proceeded through the streets on a meticulously planned route. tiggy ensured that sights such as Luna's and an inconspicuous back-alley were passed along the route. 

tiggy and Toaly smiled and waved at the crowds who had come out in droves in advance of the announcement of the impending arrival of a recognized Hero of the Soviet State, Toaly.

tiggy and Toaly communicated at length regarding the ideas of how to shape and progress Detroit. It was easy for tiggy to speak to Toaly, as there was no need to even use a voice. Toaly was such a renowned hero of the State that he did not even need to hear tiggy speak, for as a Hero of the Soviet State, tiggy and Toaly were already of shared mind on what was the best path for the city.

After what seemed like seventy-five minutes, the convoy comes to a stop at a Bricktown building. This building was previously occupied by a previous group identified by the Interior Ministry to be complicit in sedition against the state. The parties exit the cars and head inside.

The building had been cleaned down and refurbished to the smallest minute detail. No one would have even a hint of thinking that there were even people living here originally, let alone burned to a crisp by Whitey and his can of all-American gasoline and his trust Pittsburg, PA made Zippo lighter.

As the large opulent reinforced mahogany double doors come to close to the outside, tiggy can be seen pouring a glass of the finest American Whisky as the leadership's Bricktown Conference™ comes underway.
