Like many of the great wars, this has lasted for a long time and decimated the entire community. When all is said and done, there is going to be a lot of re-building needed - something everyone has already gathered I would hope.

All I can say, is that please for the love of god, be leaders. By that, I mean actually lead those that choose to join you. I'm sick and tired of seeing people throw on their bold suits and do nothing more than bring people in and give absolutely zero fucks about them, simply expecting people to run through brick walls for them but giving nothing in return.

I want people to return to the old ways of leading their people, helpling them grow, helping them achieve, helping them to actually be a part of our entire commnity, not just another number to make you closer to filling up all the available rooms in the HQ.

I'm sure there are some leaders out there already that people can say do the above, I know they exist but sadly they aren't as common as the constant cannon fodder leaders we are getting these days, all of which stems from the world being run by clique after clique after clique. All of whom couldn't give a shit about the vast majority of the community and simply want to build themselves up strong and look after their own interests - Now I know what some will say to that - Yes, this is the Mafia. Yes people need to look after number 1 - but if you only make it about number 1, then in my opinion you aren't fid to lead anyone. You can build yourself to be the best of the best without being a leader, but if you choose to be a leader, then lead your people and help to really build this world up.

Personally - I would love to see the people in power actually give the authority for all those above the rank of Made Man to go and purchase an HQ if they wanted. That way, people actually have to work for it, they have to put the effort into recruiting those fresh bodies coming off the boats, they need to help them grow and keep them interested in this way of life or lose them. Anyone not doing this will quickly see that they aren't cut out for leadership and should instead look towards helping someone that they themselves would want to work for/with.

The last regime spoke about returning the rank of Made to greatness, they did this by bringing in a very contentious view at picking pockets. Well, maybe my idea is equally stupid and equally as controversial. But fuck it, is it so wrong to want to see people actually striving to do things well, striving to improve not just themselves, but those they recruit? I read the logs of my fore fathers, I've saw that many years ago people were given loads of guidance when they came off those boats, rarely now do I see any such assistance being passed out. Perhaps the world we have today is easier to understand and requires less assistance? Perhaps the old guard are fed up giving away all their secrets to success? I dont know. But I do know that I want to see this thing of ours improve and grown and for it to be more accessible to the average joe thats never once had the chance to experience the bigger aspects of this life such as leadership.

Anyway.. just the thoughts of little old Zangief. I await some derision and hopefully a small bit of possible support/agreement.

Claudio nods and steps forward after wiping away some soot and attempting to clean a little blood.

"I could not have said it better myself Zangief. Most of the people out there with an HQ don't give two shits about the ones that put their time and effort into it. This isn't a problem with leaders, though. 

Associates. Stop feeding monsters that don't give to shits about you. Actually take the time to find a crew that will be what you need. It isn't hard to see who's bloodlines are ones that will be there for you. Stop feeding incompetency and you will stop living in a world filled with it. I'd ask any member of mine to call me out on not doing all that I can for them in every way. 

It's not that hard to find good leadership. You just can't get sucked into the first crew that swarms you when you set your foot on these shores."

Thats a very fair perspective to add, Claudio.

Associates know if they are being treated fairly or not. Most of us find ourselves in situations like that time and again and just get on with it. We just accept being a number.

Hopefully some folks will take heed from what i've said and really put effort into finding a leader that really does suit them. Not just flocking to any leader in the most powerful city, or a name they recognise that tends to have a nice big powerful gun. Join someone because you want to work with that person to build something.

Carla takes a moment to step out into the streets while dodging the bullets flying through the air to make her opinion known after Zangief finished speaking.. She straightened her blouse and cleared her throat as she took to the podium and smiled..

"An Interesting topic you bring out here into these streets Zangief. You have some interesting points of view when it comes to recent leadership around this country, one that I have myself found at times troubling. Leaders that take auth but are lackadaisical in their day to day operations or perhaps just don't engage their crew members the same as others."

She took another pause to recollect some more of her thoughts before continuing on..

"But as stated earlier, you will find many leaders around here that will take the time on building you up and putting you in a position to succeed because as being a leader, I found that is the most rewarding thing to have. My Kin in recent times has been all about building up others around me.. some of my members even surpassing me on their gun building, roleplaying skills etc. but it all comes with encouragement and perhaps the first leaders I came to the shores taught me that."

She gestures to Claudio and then turns back to the crowd with a smile..

"Claudio puts this point into perspective very well. Stop biting the initial person who reaches out to you. Take your time and search for the right crew that is out there.. You will find good leaders, and you will find lackadaisical ones. Just depends on how hard you look for them."

Carla takes a bow before stepping away from the podium box and taking a seat to listen to others input...

The problem is jabroni, it will take a big man with big testicles, or a big woman with hypothetically big testicles to gather up the rabble that remains and broker a peace. And how long would that peace last. We still have some big names out there who the Rock wagers would like a chance to make their mark, to be the next Curtis, the next Anita, the next MrEvilMan, the next.... awww hell you get the Rock's picture. How long until they murder someone in their sleep as being too close in power, or too much of a rival? Hell, could we broker a peace right now given the alleged atrocities committed by them'uns  against us'uns? Whole crews and their members save a few individuals have been wiped from the board. The disgruntled will still want their revenge, they will sneak forth in the dead of night, and kill the killable, anything to upset the apple cart and have their petty revenge on some unsuspecting Earner, or Goomba or Capo whose meagre defences are too shallow to repel the attack. Don't get the Rock wrong jabroni, the Rock would like nothing more than for peace to prevail once more, and for our cities to have a chance to rebuild, the question is, is there any one strong enough of character, is their any one left with the fortitude and charisma to make it happen, or is all we have a lack of testicular fortitude?

Look i'm merely a lil gangster who probably doesn't know much but I have a couple questions.

When do we broker a peace when do we stop this all out war and start picking up the pieces? It feels like this community has had it's heart ripped out with all that's happened and we are all suffering for it are we not? When is peace an option? when does the killing stop? unfortunately we are in limbo waiting for the destruction to finally swallow the last remaining CL's it's hard to watch.

Rebbelle stood there watching as everyone talked not sure wanted to say anything the compulsion was building inside her like a popcorn jumping in a hot pan.

This community as a whole bloodline after bloodline has been watching the decline of Made Man, what it means and its responsibilities for at least the four years that my family has been traveling over here from the old country.  I see many conversations in my family diaries about this subject even though  none of them have been in a position of leadership. 

If may make a humble suggestion at this time of talk of  rebuilding. Maybe those of you leaders who are left standing can open a committee to investigate, out in the open where we all can see, as to what the community expects out of  made man rank? what they expect out the ranks above that? How are these people to conduct themselves? What are their duties?   If the community can put ego aside for a small moment and look at the bigger picture. This could be a very beneficial discussion for our  future generations.  We should be building this  thing of ours for the future generations not for ourselves.

Rebbelle is quite right! what happens after this war is finished will be massive the decisions the remaining crew leaders make could change things for a long time, transparency would be key and i hope we can all move on from this dreadful couple of days and help rebuild this community
