Why do we have to do this when we know their location? |

The hitlist requirement is a relic from an older time. Back in the day, you had to hitlist any target that was offline. When a durden spawn first starts, all the targets are "online" (as much as an NPC can be), but once the spawn has gone on long enough, you are required to put up hits to take the shot. This is true of any target, NPC or real. If they've been offline long enough, you'll need to put up the hit to take the shot. |
