"You're....serious? Right?"

Esta's eyes had widened as if he was questioning the sanity of his boss, she seemed to have slid a deed and a pair of keys to him. 

"No...I'm not, I just handed you the keys for the sake of it because I got tired of holding them."

Estarossa raised his eyebrow, a twitch at his lips made it clear that he was a bit annoyed but simply waited for more. He knew there had been a reason why he had been called like this, it was glaringly obvious, especially with the recent news of the latest thugs, gangsters, and goombas that roamed the streets looking for new homes. 

"With Princess dead and Berserker in Chicago, things have turned differently for our once little group Esta. You've been by my side since before this great war and now, you're here with me during the restructure and building process of this new world we're in."

He nodded, it had been long nights and many flights all over the cities, something that had drained him and yet here he was. He waited, standing off to one side, leaning against a cabinet. 

"This deed is to a plot of land in Manhattan and the keys are to a former manor that used to house some friends of ours. Now I would have you run your own organization from there, you've been loyal for a long time and now it's time for you to reap your rewards. You've been a great friend, now I would have you stand by my side as an equal."

Esta nodded, taking the keys and deed with a playful grin settling on his lips. 

"Any idea what you plan to name this crew, sir?"

A chuckle left him as Adalynn tilted her head curiously, he shrugged with an odd sparkle to his eyes. 

"Oppai....Oppai Incorporated."

FuriousWolf enters Estarossas HQ and sees him sitting there on a chair behind his big desk.

"Truly a great thing seeing you open up for yourself mate, hope all are foing well and that you make this one a great one"

Furious shake hands with estarossa and then he leaves the HQ filled with joy after meeting up this good one making the world a better place to be in.

esta i'm super happy for you and claire i was literally just talking to you about this before it happened, i could not think of a better thing to happen to NY i wish you both all the best. I'd wish you both luck but i don't think any of you would need it! go smash it guys!

Nipsey ashes his cigar and walks into the HQ. He noticed it smelled like fresh paint and furniture. He walked up to Estarossa's bodyguards, seeing that he was clearly busy. 

"Tell Estarossa congratulations, and I wish him well in his venture!"

Nipsey walked out of the HQ, picked up his cigar and began smoking while he drove off.

Liam stood back and watched while various other associates and business people offered Estarossa their congratulations on his new venture.  He'd come a long way from some of his more dubious schemes involving spam and a weird herbal tea....strange how that had never really caught on!  This was going to be difficult for Liam - for some reason, any contact with the man of the moment seemed to bring on a curious case of tourettes within Esta.

"Yeah, so, um congratulations man on this opportunity - I'm sure you'll go on to achieve great things!  You know where I am if you ever need anything!"
