Il Matto and Smash wandered through the broken and damaged remains of Seattle observing the after match of the war. Some mobsters could still be seen laying on the streets surrounded by hundreds of bodyguards, who was despairing over what to do. Others stayed hidden indoors fearing uncontrolled thugs might wack them out in the streets. The war had cost the life of far too many mobsters and innocent bystanders and leaving way too few to pick up the remains. Now was not the time the to dwell on the past, rather, rebuilding this thing of ours came first.

Smash noticed that a crowd had gathered near the harbour doing some fishy business. The timing couldn't be any better they thought to themselves, as they approached the crowd. Like any upstanding citizen would do, Il Matto suggested that they took their business elsewhere before someone got hurt. Perhaps they could discuss it over some musil.

As Il Matto continued talking Smash grew more irritated and impatient, he smashed one of the mobsters into a nearby window shattering it into a thousand pieces. With that they gained the gang's attention and Il Matto continued:

"Good evening, let's that try again."

"I apologize for the late introduction, with the war and rebellious gangs threating to take over our districts, the situation at hand required action rather than words."

"Now that the dust has settled, I’m here announce that Smash Industries have started it's operations in Ballard."

" Any unorganized mobsters that are still looking for a family may come forward and speak to me or my Right-hand man, then we'll talk business. It would be, smashing to see you around!"

I am proud to stand here today to congratulate Il_Matto here on her newfound position.  It seems like only yesterday we were both young upstarts in our criminal careers, both so full of ambition and vigor.  Remember when we used to talk for hours and hours about which one of us was the cooler of the two?  We always agreed that it was me, but you were always second coolest mobster in my opinion.  And look at you now.  Sitting in a high seat of authority in a city once dominated by the likes of JohnWalton, one of Godfather Mikhail's nerd underlings and lackeys.  It's a city that deserves a breath of fresh air, and you are that breath Il_Matto.  With your many skills, your fun personality, and your shrwed descretion when it comes to approving people's permanant auth, I think you will be a great leader.  Salut.

Destro_Whelan my nice friend! How nice of you to show up! I hope that Chicargo is treating you well. 

Thank you for your kind words, however, I am just doing what is asked of me, it amounts very little in comparison to what these people achieved on their own during their lifetime. I was starting to miss that big personality yours, which is pretty cool i will admit. I think however you mixed up the facts, i for one remember clearly that we agreed on ME being the coolest and nicest and all those things!

Wade, John Walton's youngest son, was smoking a cigarette, paying attention to the announcement of the newest auth in Seattle, city his father called home for the most time of his life. He noticed a pathetic-looking man, Destro_Whelan, stand out from the crowd and make a comment. So Wade waited for him to finish and stepped forward.

"First of all, I would like to congratulate @Ill_Matto for his achievement. I hope he does the good job Seattle deserves. Best of luck, pal."

He tipped his hat to Matto and turned to Destro.

"Now, Destro, I undestand that your feelings must be a bit hurt. My father was responsible for many things in this life, I know. God damn, I still remember perfectly the night he took your father, chained, to our ranch, and whipped him all night at the barn before killing him. Your father screamed like a bitch aaaaaall night long man, begging for mercy."

Wade ran his fingers over his thick mustache, taking a little break. 

"So yeah, my father can be called many things: a killer, a sadist even...but none of that you just called him."

WadeWalton, I'm willing to take your word for it that the things you say about my father are true.  He may have been chained, he may have screamed out in agony, he may have even begged for mercy.  But if I am to believe that JohnWalton was not exactly what I said he was, well, that's a little far fetched and you know it.  But let us not take from Il_Matto's spotlight and celebration.  She deserves better.  We can at least agree on that much I am sure.  To our fathers.  Cheers.
