As Homer finally leaves his solitary confinement, he stops over at the city hall to make a quick speech before heading back home. 

D’oh. What a week it has been folks, I really do need to sink a few duff beers. Anyway to the point in hand.

Let me narrate to you as honestly as I can what has happened over the past week, I am not quite the orator as some of those who have stood in this very pedestal before me, but bare with me whilst I give it a shot.

Let’s go back to Sunday evening, it was a dory day indeed, life was good, communism was thriving…. streets were booming, money was moving. Whatever life here was stable, maybe stagnant but overall decent.

It wasn’t until late Sunday evening, rumblings of a takedown from Philly, Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle against Las Vegas and its allies were heard. The audacious move was orchestrated by Mikhail’s son Viktor. Literally, an hour before the coup attempt, Mikhail was informed with compelling evidence, later admitted by Viktor. Decisively, he did what any leader in his position would do, with little time to plan he had to mastermind the removal of Philly, Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle for self preservation not for himself, rather for his friends and family. New York and Detroit whom had been long allied with Mikhail stood firmly with Las Vegas in this move, and this victory could not have been achieved without them.

Frankly speaking, they.. who’s they? A group known by LSI. What does it stand for? God knows. Who are they? All the city heads prior to Sunday’s events were part of this group. A group of individuals who have long conspired to rule with an iron fist. To streamline their friends to the top, and to purge those whom they didn’t like.

It was clear that Mikhail wouldn’t oblige to their brutality, and they didn’t like the fact he wouldn’t jump when they said. In fact, really they didn’t approve him letting certain bloodlines prosper. Ultimately this was a power play by friends which led to them propagating a plan, basically a coup to overthrow him, simply because they didn’t like that he was giving a fair chance to bloodlines they didn’t like. 

Let us not be mistaken, this ‘war’ was for no other reason other than we were going to be killed so we had to fire back first. It was not an easy decision, but under the circumstances it had to be done. Evidently, Mikhail had a long lasting relationship with some of these people, spanning back generations where their forefathers had been extremely close. He funded them, he supported them, but at the end greed got the better of them and they were going to return favours of the friendship by shooting him in the back.

On that note, let me pay a special testament to the late Godfather Chairman, Mikhail. What a man huh? The Big Dick Energy was real. No, but in all seriousness. Mikhail took reigns of the state back in September, after what seems to be like a similar affair to these last few days, alas, he took it gracefully and I think we can all agree, even the bitter amongst us. That during Mikhail’s reign things were done differently. Let me assure you he was the voice of reason for why many of you who lived far and well, he campaigned behind close doors to eradicate bloodlining, and similar disgraceful acts, even when some closest to him where whispering and attempting to coercing him in doing so.

At the end, after much bloodshed only Las Vegas, New York and Detroit stood tall. People from these cities worked tirelessly, and collectively to be in the position they are in today.

This was clearly an act of betrayal by those who died. I have heard bitterness on the streets from the children of those who were shot, which I quite honestly cannot understand. Complaining about getting caught trying to betray a friend.. is quite baffling indeed. 

Personally, I look forward to the rebuilding phase with the current leadership group, I believe we together can steer the ship in a better direction.

Lastly, I sincerely thank all the fallen comrades from Las Vegas, New York, Detroit and Hollywood.

After standing and listen to Homer's speech he just couldnt more than applau BIg to what he heard, good words from a good GF, FuriosWolf were pleaed and agreed to many of the last sentences where people were complaining so much for death and so, life goes on, just take it or leave it you guys.

He lights up a smoke and were very pleased and walked out again in the shadows, joy in his mind after those good words spoken.

The truth remains no actual purging on a large scale was preformed. Did some of the group want to purge some people? Of course they did. You know who else wanted to purge? Mikhail. Just because the people he wanted to purge are now dead doesn't mean he didn't want to purge because trust me he did.

I have no problem with Mikhail striking first. It's clear as day the majority of the group was going to remove him and he moved quicker. Fair game and props to him but don't speak about the greed of the others when Mikhail himself was caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

It's so strange to see people such as yourself or Doug speak so highly of man that did not think the same of you. I'll never understand it.

 What's quite baffling is people blaming the whistleblower more than the actual cheater. I mean I know you want to paint an image that makes him and yourselves look good but the fact remains that all he built was a lie and it is solely his fault. Yeah we betrayed him in a way, but if you want to know about real betrayal speak with the remains of Princess.

Before I go I just want to say something to the sons of LSI. It was fun and you guys were great. Even you for a time Mikhail. You dick.

Forgive me Godfather, but the picture you paint of all the citizens of this world, may they rest in peace, that have now died while opposing the side you found yourself on seems to assign blame to each and every one of them. You seemingly attribute each of their individual actions, without considering their positions, to all overwhelmingly point to a 'betrayal' to which I might argue is not the case. People were loyal to those they stood by. On both sides, people died with those they might not have felt a strong sense of ally-ship to before that week. 

You do yourself a great injustice, sir, by assuming each of the dead personally betrayed you or Mikhail. It serves to remember that decisions are made at the top, and that is likely where they will continue to be made through the current regime. The dead are dead now, so it is up to the living to speak for them. So I ask of you, Godfather, to not slander those who you did not personally know. It is so very rare the dead choose to die, especially when they pass in their sleep. Thank you.

what i will say here before i start is i genuinely don't really no much about anything so please don't be too harsh but all i want to know is what now? will the city heads be meeting? have they already? and how are we going to move on from this massive mess.The community is fractured and there is so much hatred at present so can i ask to the people who are still angry with Homer and any current crew leaders you have an issues with is there anything they can do to fix all this for us all to move on and try to rebuild? 

Mikhail was a rule-breaking shitbag who leveled cities to purge the bloodlines he didn't want to see prosper. That is probably worse than just targeting the people he disliked as it punished a whole lot of other people needlessly. I am sure our Godfather Chairman Homer wouldn’t mind me adding a few points here.

I would like to start off by saying I have never been an enthusiastic public speaker, it’s not something I often do or enjoy. But I feel in times like this its essential to clear up a few things.

Apologies in advanced if my English isn’t up to scratch and for those that are hard of hearing, I have added sign language, but again I’m pretty shit at that and have probably put the signs in the wrong places. No doubt Nebula will be listening with intent and will pick up on every mistake I make.

Butt I digress….

Firstly, no one is condoning what Mikhail and is accomplices have done. They were all found guilty and received the death penalty for it. On top of which their kin’s were banned from returning to these streets for a very long time. Anyone that received funds from Mikhail, regardless of whether these funds were spent on themselves or on a Harty were all returned….. Case closed, I think we all need to respect the judge’s decision and move on.

In terms of the war, it is exactly that…. Its war. There is collateral damage and sometimes friendly fire. I feel very lucky that I survived, maybe its my stunning good looks or the shine from my beautiful bald head that distracted the opposition from shooting me.

Lastly, to address this beautiful young lady in the front row Cadence – All the city leaders had a meeting late Saturday night. Fucking late I might add, as my beauty sleep was interrupted, Dmitry points to his face - this glow doesn’t happen on its own you know……… anyway, back to the meeting. All the city leaders came together and put a plan in place to help rebuild this thing of ours. Although every crew leaders relationships with one and other doesn’t go back generations, like it did in the regime before us. I believe this will turn into an era of prosperity and enable us to make new friends and create an equal playing field for all the ambitious new gangsters flying through our ranks. I am fully behind GFC Homer and very excited to see what the future holds.

Before I go, I would like to say; although I do not condone what Mikhail did, he was a good leader to me snd taught me a lot. With the support of his generals and my former mentor JustinBieber I have climbed the ranks and are now on a new project to help rebuild Seattle. I would like to thank everyone that fought in the war and spare a moment to think about the fallen.

In my speech 'War of the Weaklings', delivered 3 days ago on account of not having a jail sentence to serve, I outlined my vision for the future of this broken community. It involved turning you dorks into men of principle, tremendous strength and limitless power, and not just people who sit at home repeatedly masturbating at the shortest possible intervals. It was extremely sad to me that when the dust settled on this war, I realized those were the type of people I am surrounded by. I am going to be operating on a platform of strong and merciless reforms, which is especially dangerous for those of you who simply cannot stop themselves from yanking it to daydreams about your mothers friends.

Dmitry, if Homer didn't come out here and try to encourage a circle jerk over a cheating dirtbag, I don't think anyone would have mentioned how much of cheating dirtbag Mikhail actually was. Instead, he wanted us to pay special testament to a scumrat. No thanks.

But you missed some details tbh, some details that are really important and can mess up the trust and loyalty things here, 

When yiu talked about betrayal you forgot to mention  Princess, you took her in the middle if the war and covered her death by "war" although she was fighting and not holding back at all. 

The second one which is really big question and a thing that I couldn't understand it yet,  RupertGiles and Elodin, were fighting for the city "yiu people" and they put big and great effort in that and they kept fighting till the last second and didn't save or hold anything for the city, and how they were rewarded? Yeah they were killed few hours after the war ended.

Nipsey was smoking a blunt while listening to Godfather Homer's speech. He nodded and applauded the Godfather for taking time to make the speech and explain what happen to cause the bloodshed that spanned several days. It was time to rebuild and move forward. There is never any real excuse for war and death, perhaps the boredom of men is what starts it. Too many times the innocent who has no idea of what is actually going on behind the scenes, behind office doors, in coffee shops are the ones who die, whose lives are taken away in their prime, because they are expendable. 

The world as we know it will eventually extinguish itself at the rate it's going. To many senseless deaths. Alpha1 used to have a family...but they were all dead and now, all she knew was how to keep herself alive. Perhaps not in the most pleasant of ways, but, it worked, and she wasn't weak, she was strong and would continue to do what she can to survive. She wasn't a fool, she knows that death is but a moment away, with every move she makes.
