After a very pleasant meeting with TonyCorelli, the Godfather of LV and nice new box of cigars Kes dons his new bold jacket, lights up and begins to speak...

Yes you read correct, The Benevolent Souls are remaining in LV, its with enormous pleasure and gratitude that I am able to address you all today. First off by thanking the man himself TonyCorelli he says rubbing his arm after the dig Tony gave. Its been an honour being a part of LV and its great success, and I hope I can do you proud.

We have built up a very tight unit here in LV with the likes of AnthonyCorelli, Junk, Taurus, and now myself and HS...although Taurus and Junk are now stepping down they have been at the pinnacle of making LV the great city it now is and I'm sure will continue to play a major part in its future.

I thank You all for giving me my chance to shine and take our work in LV to new levels, we have allot more installed for LV so you all better watch this space.

Now a little about what you will continue to expect from The Benevolent Souls,

Myself, along with Felix_the_Cat and Taurus will hold true to the very foundations that The Benevolent Souls started with as we open our new HQ doors. Do not expect easy entry (no pun intended), we wont be throwing invites out willy nilly, its just not gonna happen. More importantly like the rest of Las Vegas, the position of Made Man within the family is something we hold dear. It will not be handed out just because you have robbed enough banks or snatched enough purses, it is something of honour, something that sets you out above the rest, so, if your expecting an easy ride, I suggest you try elsewhere.

I look forward to working with the rest of the families in LV and across all of our fine cities. I'm an approachable guy as those of you that know me already know, and my mailbox is always open.

Kes looks around at Felix and Taurus, gives them a little nod and heads back inside to deal with the now abundant amount of mail.

Dick Approaches Kes to shake his hand

"As sad as it is watching Taurus step down, it's relieving knowing someone such as yourself is filling those large shoes of his. And you know what they say about big feet right?

Dick smiles

"That's right, they have some big fucking toes! Best of luck to you Sir! Look forward in working with you."

Ivory walks by and nods her head to Kes and raises her glass.

Congrats, indeed. Splendid job! I know you'll do well

Towards the end of Kes's speach budz quickly paced towards the exits before disappearing into the crowd. A few minutes later he returns with a grin accross his face as he jogged forward to catch kes up and hand him a set of keys to a brand new Bugatii Royal. 

Congratulations sir 

She shivers for no reason, then the feelings comes over her. The feeling like someone has disturbed The Force. Looking over her shoulder she senses impending doom. Slowly stepping out of Charlie's HQ she overhears a conversation between two Las Vegas family members. Something about Kes- going forth and donning a bolder suit than she had seen him in last.

Oh shit, you have got to be kidding me! KES?! No wonder The Force shook to its very foundations.

She runs back to her office and calls a few friends and favours in. Picking up her pen she scribbles a note down quickly and hands it to Corde, her most trusted decoy instructing her that it was to be included in the delivery to Kes' new HQ.

Dear Kes,

Please accept these gifts upon the behalf of all Los Angeles residents. Your family line has always been one that has had some influence (mostly bad) in my life and these are a few things I know you cannot live without. 

The short bus is for you to use as your personal transportation... I found it in a derelict building that has been deserted for many years so the windows need cleaning. Inside there are several bottles of my personal 2 month old moonshine and some rye I "imported" from Canada. That is to wet the palates of you and your window lickers.

Congratulations Kes, I wish you all the best in your new position.  I know that you will continue to be a nice asset to Las Vegas.

Francie smiles at Kes and hugs him warmly.

It's been a long road but once again our lines have come up through the ranks together and I couldn't be any prouder.

Anthony takes Kes- to one side and while holding both his arms he looks him straight in the eyes...

Kes you know, from the day we met, we have cheated on our wives and watched each others backs doing it. We have thrown stones at the old grannys to help up and coming mobsters get an easier steal..We have done many things together and nothing makes me happier to see you getting this oppertunity.

If anything was missing in this thing of ours it was you working along side in me in Las Vegas. I'm proud to see the distance we have both traveled and I look forward to traveling the rest.

Anthony lets go of Kes' arms and walks to the bar to buy him a drink...

Mashy walks up to Kes- and goes to kick him in the shin when he realizes that he can't kick a CL.....    

Well, what can i say kes-... It has been fun getting to know you and working along side of you.. we have made some money, made some people cry, pissed some people off, and personally attacked each other for quite some time now...

You have done a great job here in LV and i know you will continue to do so now that you have been given this opportunity.  

Congrats Kes- im proud of you.

After a long abstinence walking these streets I feel proud and lucky to have returned at a time when the principles held dear to my ancestors have manifested themselves again.

I have no doubt that the foundations you have helped lay here in Las Vegas will result in the finest mafioso society seen for many a year.

Congratulations on your bold suit, your service honors us all!
