In essence, the story was to simply state how far a person has grown while being a crucial part of the Next Generation, how much this young lady had become critical to my operation here out of New York and how she deserves nothing less than to take a step forward out of my shadow into her own spotlight. She was destined for great things when she joined my family as an unprotected Capo, a mere fledgling member in the ranks of Don Whatsername's 50 man family. Now, with the experience that she has gained from her prestigious position within my family, Godmother Whatsername and myself have decided that her time to shine on her own has come by running her own operation out of New York.

Still under my guidance, Francie will be setting up as a Captain of New York. An extension of The Next Generation, for she is an asset to my family that I am not willing to entirely lose just yet.

Francie, you have put forth huge efforts toward this family and The Next Generation will miss you as a Right Hand, but it is only fitting that you deserve your own chance to run a family the way you'd like it as opposed to the way I like my own. I know for a fact that this expansion to New York will give untold benefits to this city as we enjoy your company as a Captain of the Big Apple.

Congratulations dear, and I will miss having you as my Right Hand. Going with her are two other fine individuals by the names of Duff and Enigmatic_Mist, and they are people that this family will miss but both deserve an opportunity to shine and I look forward to seeing these three prove their worth and using this opportunity to show their colours.

Flash-Fire will of course ascend from his current position as Left Hand to my Right Hand position and I will be giving an opportunity to LondonJohn to show his talent to the rest of our community like he has done for me by stepping into my Left Hand slot.

Therefore, here are my public congratulations to these people on their promotions.

You really deserve this and its great that you have the oppurtunity to advance and expand in this world of ours.

Where to start???? From the humble beginnings of my grandfather you have been a close friend to all of my relatives. I can not begin to tell you how proud all of them would be on this day. I hope for the best for you and your new crew. This is a great day for both NYC and the entire LiL family.
