Part One

You would think you were  living the life, until that one thing happens. You walk in the building and some hot steel is pressed against your temple…..  But wait!. How did it all come to this you ask with no more than a moment to rewind and find the root. So let us go back to when the boys use to kick it and things were good. Yea the slow hustle, the chances, the deception, and don’t forget the come up.This most likely is what was leading up to this end game here. No one could really be sure about the outcome, or how it came to be. So you have a youngster, and his crew of buddies he rolls with, you have a go too(middle man) then it's the connect. Just a few rules that were always in place, and if broken could lead to something like this, but there were also other factors that played a role. Jealousy, envy, and Hate. Now some had a knack for the game, and some didn’t. There were some on another level and some that weren’t. Communication and networking, was the biggest ally, even more than your best friends at times, and that was only because information made things move, and how it was delivered, could unfold the outcome of the scenario.

There was a drug deal, and with a drug deal, there are a few things that make it or break it. There was always the x factor in doing these dealings. Trust was one of the biggest motives to move forward, but that was always a thin line depending on who was involved, as well as its participants. The product type, the location of the business being done, also played a role. So the connect was mostly good to go at all times, so there was not much on that falling through, unless an opportunity arose, and it wouldn’t be a good opportunity. The youngster picks the product up from the connect. With a meet set up to deliver said product, the youngster is more likely to meet with another thug or drug dealing gangster in the same mode they are in. So both sides were on their toes at all times.  Now the whole thing could go south at any moment due to territory, a takeover, or just not being satisfied with the arrangement. You got this side and you got the other, and you could never know exactly what one is thinking at any moment.

Part two

The streets were always on the move, and money was always exchanging hands, as well as product. The young, the old, and the day to day regular hustler occupied the industry of hustling. Usually the older gangster had the run of things so to say, just due to his history and time in the mix gives him a few more stripes. The day to day could be anyone in between. Most likely not someone embedded completely, but with  valuable knowledge. The youngster, which is always the next generation, the next leaders. So how they come up and what they learn in this, definitely unfolds the picture of the future, but as we said before nothing in that mode is ever set into stone, or plays out as it should always. Territories are the cornerstone, besides the connections and the ones you trust. They usually fall hand in hand when it comes to business. The product is part of the main source which would include where it originated from as well. Now the problem with territories is that they touch each other, and sometimes you have to go through the other territories that are not yours to do business.  Usually with the same product, and same goal in hand this could cause issues. Depending on who is involved could also produce the proper end game. Which is always an unknown depending on the actions and steps taken. Matua was that young hustler with a vision of success and growth in his own bubble. There was an older gangster who was his connect. His name was Taga, and he had been in the game for a hot sec, so his connections were long. As well there was another gangster in the mix. Now this cat was more of the day to day hustler, so he had some longevity in this, just no consistency. Which in a lot of eyes was one important factor. His name was Sed. Not really the type you would like to work with, but in a situation you had too. Taga the supplier had nothing to worry about as long as his two clients did their thang as usual, and there were no hiccups. Only due to him being in the game longer did Sed know Taga a bit longer, but Matua was a good earner and slowly getting his name in the mix of things. Of course Sed was not liking that a bit, so things would go in a way where it looked like a feud was brewing.

Matua had his eyes on a warehouse but wasn’t sure if it was vacant completely or unclaimed. He and his buddy would do a run to check things out. Mekhi rolls a few joint and they head out to the location. It was in walking distance, which made it good that it was close to the neighborhood. They make their way down the block and Mekhi lights a cigarette as they approach the block. The location was as discreet as they come. Matua and Mekhi continued around the location eyeing the small activity that was present. There looked to be no operation at all just a few thugs peddling a few sacks here and there. As a matter a fact, these were the same thugs that would reup with us. They made their way back to the honeycomb hideout with a smile on their face. All that needed to be done now, was a bit of a makeover, and they would be moving forward smoothly. The set up was perfect and just in line with what they needed to be successful and also to expand. There was a location with a few office spaces plus a warehouse and all the necessities for moving product in and out of the city, as well innercity for local customers. They had a vision and needed to move on it. They decided to gather a small portion of their crew that they could trust to go over a few things to get it set up. A small start always expanded into a big chain of success, Matua and Mekhi would run the operation and have a few bosses that would check in and report. Evey city needed an hQ to work out of, and someone trusted always needed to be in place.

“Ok everyone, we have the map now we just gotta make it move. I want you to pull all contacts together so we can get things started, I will be in touch with assignments soon, be on the lookout.”

Mekh says as he addresses his small crew with Matua on his right hand side. Mekhi had the leadership qualities and Matua brought in the connections and know how.

Mekhi and Matua sat in the office looking over plans. Mekhi had a vision of how things would run, of course he would need some loyal peeps to carry out deliveries, hit missions, and the small hustle needed to keep the brand fresh in the public's eye. After making many moves around to many places, Mekhi had a line on a good distribution set up. He had a few spots located between each coast, with a smaller operation running out of those locations. Only a few of his close trusted mobsters would be posted there. The young thugs at the location were put on payroll and were out and about making that money move.  There was still much to do, but the start was already in place. Mekhi had just had a meeting with a few dealers that would have him moving a good amount of product daily. He had the foot soldiers as well as the locations to move items. Growing up He had much practice and knew the right people to get his name out there. A few close calls and close connections got him this far, plus trusting the right people in any situation was a difficult task with so many hungary out in these streets. You would never know who would make that move to try and trip you up. Just across the way was the competition. A known hustler but to all means was the competition. One would love more than ever to eliminate that situation but the time had to be just right.  Growing up in the same neighborhood always caused a conflict in business dealings, and there was always a ploy to get the upper hand in any situation. Turf wars and territory locks come into play
