One hell of a night Started by: Chris-Lucchese on Feb 04, '20 02:27

It was a cold rainy night and Chris was in a mood.  He wanted to forget and forgive but no matter where he went the events replayed in his head over and over again.  He sat in a bar drinking canandian whiskey.  The minutes ticked away like hours and the seconds like minutes.  He thought about many things to try and forget yet there was nothing he could do to drown the thoughts.  Chris wasn’t known in this bar and a few customers thought he might be an easy mark.

As time went by slowly customers slowly departed the bar one by one.  The bartender kept an eye on Chris and the two men that sat in the corner.  He never saw them before yet they came in about the same time and as the bartender he knew his regular customers their drinks and the days they normally came.  Chris wasn’t paying attention to anyone as he was trying to control his anger.  He was looking at the mirror and the color of his drink and from time to time his watch.

Chris decided it was time to leave so he pulled out a wad of cash to pay for his drink.  He was noticed by the two men as they one nodded to the other to take a look at Chris and the cash in his hand.  The bartender saw that the two men were watching Chris.  Then the bartender asked Chris was those guys with him?  Chris glanced at the mirror to see them and then Chris answered no with a shaking of his head.   Chris started walking towards the door as the two men stood to pay for their drinks.

Chris was looking at everything that would give off a reflection to see where the two men were in relationship to their distance from him.  Chris stepped outside and quickly turned the corner and waited as he withdrew his pistol from his holster.  His 1911 was ready to fire as the two men rushed out the bar looking left and right and they went towards the shortest distance thinking Chris took a shortcut towards the back.  As they turned into his direction they found Chris waiting on them.

Chris had an evil smile as he asked them were they looking for him.  They looked at each other but Chris fired a shot into the tempo of the closest robber to him the other jumped back about a half foot as he looked at Chris who was already firing two rounds into his chest.  Then Chris stood over both of them and fired one more into each of them in the head.   Chris reached into their pockets and took their wallets and watches and rings.  Then stuffed their valuables into his pockets.

Chris then walked to his car and ran into a gangster then he knew.  Chris changed clips in his pistol but didn’t holster it.  He looked at his friend that was walking towards him and told Jake what happen to him.  Chris needed Jake’s help getting rid of the bodies.  Jake smiled and told Chris it would be handled.  That the bartender was his cousin and connected.  Jake then looked at Chris and then they went back to the bar.  Chris holstered his pistol and the bartender had pulled out a few tablecloths.  They buried the bodies and Chris gave them some cash of their help and told them that if they needed anything to contact him.
