Was just thinking about heat levels and thought maybe a bribe could be added to bribe the police to look the other way for x amount of time. So instead of getting a 30 minute cool down when you commit a crime you bribe the police to look away for say an hour leaving you to do your deeds and not be hit by a cool down timer as a result. |

Heat is put in as a deterrent for bigs to pick on smalls, allowing money to override the consequences of this deterrent sort of defeats the purpose of it. |

Oh I get the use of it but what I have a problem with it is when characters are inactive and getting penalized for it. I understand that it does stop people shooting at young mobsters but when they are inactive should they still deserve that protection? I've been away a fair while and dont remember this being in place back then. so maybe I'm just not used to it. |

" when characters are inactive and getting penalized for it " Mind sending me the targets that you shot at that were inactive that gave you heat so I can double check on the situation? Inactive targets should not give you heat. |
