Grin-03's funeral was done and dusted and Grin-04 was determined not to make the same mistakes as his father. If he was going to go into this business, he was going to do it with his eyes open. He needed to find out what work was available and whether that employer would reciprocate his hard work with protection. He felt something in his jacket pocket and frowned, fishing it out:

His only interaction with this guy had been to run him out of his father's funeral where he was being disrespectful. Aside from that, all he knew about him was that he was suspected of murdering Don Four of EnricoCalabrese's outfit, seemingly without motive. He didn't seem like the type of man Grin-04 would want to work for really. Still, he flipped the card over, figuring he would need to know more about any crew before joining it and this one had fallen right into his lap after all...

I prefer your  opinions over being silent. I will lay my life on the line for every one of you in return I  expect you do the same for me and each other, together we are stronger. 

Grin-04 chuckled to himself. If the man was going to lie on his business card before you had even joined the family, he couldn't imagine how disappointing actually working for him would be. No, best to avoid anyone that desperate for his attention.
