Originally, anonymous hits were anonymous in the database, so anonymous hits were protected from being removed if the lister was killed. A while back we changed our rules a bit that holds the lister accountable for what they say. If they had a reason that violated the rules, they were held accountable for it and the hit could be reversed, removed, or other actions. To do this, we started putting in the users ID who posted it, which created an unintentional bug with the code. Now, when the lister dies, the anonymous hit was being incorrectly removed like a regular hit. Over the next few days I will be going over hits that have been placed that match this criteria: The listing was anonymous As I go through these manually, I will be putting the hit back up. |

0k, so if this is a known bug, and I've read it correctly. What about historical hits that have cost 100's of credits, that people have used to put a hit list up then have sucicided? In the interest of recouping lost shit (I know you a fan of such) will peoppe be recompense? |

If the target is still alive, the hit will be put back up. Putting the hit back up on a dead target won't make the target any more dead :/ |

I'm talking historical. So months and months ago, was this bug still in place?
Say, I sold, 400 credits to put a 200 million hit on somebody. I retired that throwaway account. The hit then ceased to exist because of the bug.
Does this mean I'm entitled to my credits back? As this bug should never have existed |

No was ages ago, but the point still remains the same, surly?.
You ban some, they charge back thier credits, you atill debit peoples accounts no matter if they are alive or not, no? |

Either way it's a bug that the game could have potentially seen that person out of 100's of credits. All used in good faith for a game mechanic that they used in good faith. To only be abused by a bug. |
