| GAME CHANGE: Crewleader Loyalty | Started by: Squishy on Feb 20, '20 05:34 |

We have modified the math a little bit for crew loyalty. We have increased the boosts given for loyal members and also increased the debuff that unloyal members give. This should give a little more incentive for crewleaders to earn the extra boosts by taking care of each and every one of their family. |

This is an amazing adjustment that would help to encourage crew leaders to actually do their part with the community. I love to see that incentive. |

Hate to play devils advocate but this could possibly lead to killing more of those they can’t trust to avoid the possibility. Personally I like it, this life should be at the hands of everyone. Gotti wacked Castellano over mismanagement and this change should have been a standard. I would like to confirm that the loyalty and disloyalty of made members counts for a higher percentage than say a bunch of throw away gangster accounts? |

Low rankers have a much smaller impact because of the potential for abuse (and realistically, because they havn't had enough time to feel out the CL and it may be a previous grudge)
(Food for thought, maybe it should factor in age? someone at wiseguy for 90 days should have more weight than a wiseguy at min time?) |

| ^ yes age should to a certain limit, and it should start the second they join the crew. Say someone changes families for any reason it should restart for the family they go under | |
