"This is New York reporter, Albus, with you this early morning. Outside of the Federal Prison, we are receiving word of a foiled conspiracy involving powerful public figures around the country. The accused were found guilty and hanged, leaving a vacuum of opportunity behind. The report states, this group colluded to collect info and track ordinary citizens without consent to further their grip on their respective cities. A second plot was uncovered, aiming to cripple the financial markets in every major city if their demands, unknown to the public at this point, were met... The investigation, which involved high-tech "wiretap" surveillance, gave the officers a look at the perps caught exchanging communications detailing their sinister plot.
