Hanging up the receiver, QueenFrostine takes a deep breath to gain her composure. She had just received word of mafioso leaders from several cities who were struck down after leaving from a secret meeting. News reports and calls were coming in from everywhere asking about the current state of being for this underground world. She reached over to the corner of her desk, grabbing her glass of whiskey and downing it with a gulp. Straightening her dress out, she made her way downstairs. Nodding slightly to her bodyguards, they pulled open the door and stepped in front of the Queen, moving the crowd of reporters back to give her space to speak. Stepping forward, she pulled out a telegram and paused a minute to gather her thoughts before speaking. 

"These last few days, they have been....in a word...eventful. Tragedy has struck many of the leaders and their closest families from around the states. Many mafioso were left without homes and lost in the events, not knowing of what may come. In the midst of the chaos, several leaders banned together to make sure this world stayed afloat and balanced. Leaders stepped up and opened their doors to the lost to give them a warm bed and jobs.  Today, I come to inform you of the new layout of our land. It goes as follows."

She put on her horned rim glasses and looked down at the telegram:

 Handing the telegram off to her closest bodyguard, she looked out the crowd once more.

"There is also a 7 day protection order in place for the following families:

The Sophisticates, The Founding Fathers, SpiceWorld, Lucky Adhesion, The Knights Templar, Bomb Bay, Lucky Elite

With this being said, let's share a moment of silence for the fallen leaders. May they Rest in Peace and may we all look towards the future."

Frank walks by a woman speaking about the recent chaos in the streets and bows his head in prayer during the moment of silence.

"Dear Gods, please lay the fallen comrades in peace and guide their loved one's to safety. I know we live in a world of corruption, but it's the only way we know how to make a living. This is how we were brought up. I bow my head and raise my hands in prayer. Amen."

Its been crazy month for business, a lot of gunshots and dead. Congratulations to all city heads and good luck!

Tutte is prodly and glad over seeing this and wishes all chiefs in all cities good luck and hope all are alright and hope all having a real ball from now. Much happened lately and he hopes now it will be a good run for all without to much problems during the ride for all cities.

He is very satified over his chief in command after this superbly good wiview to all in this world.

Alpha was making his way to pick up a fresh batch of protection orders from the printing shop a few blocks away from the post office and found himself being amongst the crowd when his neighbouring crew leader made her speech. Alpha stopped to listen in and was in awe at how much the world seemed to have stabilise albeit coming out from a bloodbath a week before. Alpha was lucky, not so much for his family though. He tried to memorise the names of the new leaders in each district and city, but he knows that he’ll probably forget by next morning. He made a mental note to visit each city on days when he’s not delivering the mails so that he can learn and take away the positives from each city.
 

Not wanting to be held back even more, Alpha slowly made his way out of the crowd and continued his way to collect the protection orders that were printed to be distributed by mail. 

Queenie smiled and shook hands with tony_capone and Donnie_Brasco. Approaching from behind, her bodyguard leans to speak quietly into the Queen's ear, handing her another telegram nervously. She squints at the paper, shaking her head. Clearing her throat very annoyingly and loudly, she speaks to the crowd once again. 

"Well, seems there was a part two to this that SOMEONE..." she looked back at the bodyguard with disdain "forgot to relay to me. There is a change in the protection order. The protection order has been expanded to also cover The Chosen Few for the next 7 days. Little orphan Detroit mafioso deserve good homes too." 

QueenFrostine turns to the bodyguard, shaking her head and putting the telegram in his shirt pocket.
