Moving in the streets was never the safest thing you could do. Even with the connections your head can get sniped, up close or from a distance. This was one of the most effective techniques at the time of a startup or just getting your feet wet. Young Jacky was from the streets and getting started he was more than ready. Growing up he watched the older thugs make their moves, as well as their mistakes. One Thug he would see all the time, due to it being his family member. Of course he had first hand knowledge of how things would unfold, and a little extra know how when it came to the hustle. Fade was one of the hustlers that made the product move from one end of the city to the other, and sometimes moving into a different state. That’s what made the hustle so unpredictable as well as rewarding depending on your outcome. This day Fade needed some assistance in making a delivery. The location was in a part of town that was known to have trouble arise, and if you did not have your shit together, it could be over. Fade calls Jacky over, “I have this package that needs to get to slipp, you know where you're going and the danger you're about to straddle right?” Fade says to the young hustler. Jacky stood there with a look of determination on his face and responded . “I’m bout that life, let’s go” Jacky says as Fade hands him the small sack. He makes his way out and over to the location. He knew it would be risky and knowing the side he was from it wouldn’t be hard to notice him, and when that happens there are always questions or tests. |

Jacky was not new to the hustle, but on this level he knew he had to keep it together. This was a big move, and he knew that once completed, it would open up a few doors for him. The drop off was in a part of town that Jacky always had eyes on him if he approached. He decided to grab one of his close homies to roll with him. Jeb was a square biz kinda guy that lived on the edge. He lived in the better part of town so had a few more resources that absolutely would help at times. He was absolutely about that life,. One of the reasons Jacky kicked it with him in the first place. Jeb was one of Jacky’s close buddies. They did a lot and got into everything. They make their way out the front door and hop in the vehicle. The drive over was short and only took a few minutes. They would have to park at the diner right outside of those city limits and walk the rest of the way. They pull up to the diner and go in for a quick drink and a smoke, as well as to give it just a few moments. Seeing them roll up might have put a few people on their toes. The spot they needed to make the drop was a few blocks up from the diner, and would be all a surprise if anything went down. After a few drinks, a quick smoke, their heads were right and they were ready to go. As they step out onto the block Jacky and Jeb make their way up the street with their head on a swivel. Staying ready for anything that could happen, Jacky clutches the back back as they move through the territory |

Jacky and Jeb make their way up the block. All eyes were on the two as they made their way. A few panhandlers approach and they toss some coins to keep them busy, it looked to be a distraction, but no one could tell. A few thugs approached but were checked and redirected by Jeb. Any of them getting froggy would catch a hot one. Jacky called his heater the back back, because besides his close homies that was the only thing that had his back in this life. They continued up the block until they hit the alley the location would be at and make their way, Slipp was an unknown but known cat that did his hustle in dangerous environments. Sometimes you had to cross enemy lines and take slim chances when gettin that money. As they continued down the alley, there was a garage cracked slightly open. As they approached you could hear a commotion. “THE FUCK” (SMACK!!) The two hustlers stop short and pause for a moment. Two lowly thugs tumble from up under the garage door. They look at each other. “Slipp?” He responds. “Who the fuck is it.?” Jacky steps slowly forward. “Eh got a package for you, from the hood. No beef bruh.” Slipp raises the garage door. “Ah ok, shit, yall was about to get served like these two hard heads.” Slipp kicks the two young thugs in the stomach as they lay on the pavement . “Come on in” He says to Jacky and Jeb. They enter into the garage and finish the transaction. As they exit after collecting payment still knowing they were not out of the woods yet. Slip gives the youngsters some dap as well as a sack of his own. “Here take this over to that side and get yourself started,” He drops a back pack of some herbs on the table. Jacky takes the sack and daps slip up and they make their way out of the smoke. |

As they leave Slipp hurries out to catch the two before they make it any further. “Yo! Real quick. You know i'm looking for someone with your skill. You are good and fair with all I want you to help me with this operation. In a few days come back and hauler at me, I got something you will like.” Slipp says with a grin. Jacky looks on and nods as he lights his blunt and makes his way. The only way he knew he could, hard hustlin from the ground up. |
