I would like to start by thanking Ricketts and other for this chance in St. Louis.
Its under hard circumstances that I accept this honor bestowed upon me but also with great joy. This is not something new to my family line, in fact its something im quite used to.
I ask you to forgive me for the shortness of this speech as there are many things which I need to take care of before I can come out properly and make another announcement.
