As Hulk just stomped back towards his HQ from having a quick meeting with his fellow council members, he stops for a second, scans the street and sees many knackered faces and bloody cloths. Yes yes, it has been one of those unfortunate days where the leaders of the land, or at least the ones still standing now, had to take definite action. As he slipped his hand in his pocket he felt a stack of papers which held the speech the council had worked on and agreed to be orated in the streets.

He stepped up to the little podium that was often used for such speeches, which slightly creaked under his weight and he scratched his throat to get attention. When that didn't work he just did one of his old-fashioned well-known roars that did the trick

A terrible bus accid... *no no no that one

This mysterious virus has... *arghh no

A horrendous plan cr... *dear god, someone has been slipping some wrong papers in my pocket

Hulk quickly went though all the papers until he found the right speech

As news and rumors spread in the last couple of days since the gods removed a large group of people in high positions, the country saw a new set of leaders. Many had not held a position like this before. Despite this, they were keen to meet in a secret location to get to know one another and share their visions for the future, optimistic about cooperating. The meeting featured good will, good dialogue, and all participants of the meeting went back with hope. Yet the meeting notes that the council members had agreed for publication were not shared with the public. Rather the council member responsible for this task, JohnnyBohannon, spent his time reaching out to other council members to discuss and propagate rumors.

In the hours and days that followed, JohnnyBohannon and QueenFrostine sought support for conflicts against other council members. Yet when those council members compared notes, they found that the papers which seemingly were whole were only parts of a larger conversation from such secret meetings. When put together those notes revealed that they originated from the same meeting and were used to justified or implicate multiple, conflicting scenarios. QueenFrostine also approached Pollo with concerns about my city and invited him to join in the attack against me.

Thus, Javier, Pollo, and I no longer trusted JohnnyBohannon and QueenFrostine, who had been so active to providing 'help and guidance' to all of them individually pointing fingers at either myself or Paradox and Bellegarde that they decided the two of them no longer were trustworthy. Patterns in the correspondence with Johnny and his RHM that either New York or Seattle and Las Vegas would be the target, seeking active help from New York (if Seattle or Vegas was to be attacked), Philly or Chicago to make it happen, it became apparent that QueenFrostine was never mentioned. Never mentioned as either the aggressor nor the ally, yet she and her captains participated in these meetings and seemed to favor both the attack on New York or Seattle/Las Vegas depending on what part of the meeting notes one would look at. In the scenario where Seattle and Las Vegas were the aggressors, it was even claimed that QueenFrostine was being manipulated by her friendships to other council members to accept the plan, despite being very unhappy with it, and could see no other options but to cooperate.

Upon conclusion of this blatant attempt to coerce the cities of New York, Philly, and Chicago into war, the three cities decided that JohnnyBohannon and QueenFrostine would hamper any further sincere cooperation and committing to the new style of governance all had agreed to. Thus they decided to act.

JohnnyBohannon was shot first, and afterwords Paradox and Bellegarde were informed and shared evidence of the manipulations committed by Johnny and QueenFrostine. The side districts of LA and Detroit were also informed and presented with the same evidence, and all but Lyric were unwavered by the truth and chose to join their city heads in their fate. Those who accepted the evidence which motivated us to remove JohnnyBohannon and QueenFrostine joined the fight against Detroit and Los Angeles without hesitation. With the perseverance and cooperation of the five remaining council members, we won the day. These five will soon meet again to discuss their vision for the future of our seven cities and will publish a statement from this meeting in the Streets soon after.

Thank you for coming out to explain this, it is still a tad confusing in all honesty and slightly differs from what I myself have heard but at least leaders are coming to the streets to explain to us all so for that i am grateful.

As a man recently freed from prison on very, very serious 'hustle spam' charges, it is a pleasure to see you take to the streets and summarize the recent violence from the perspective of the council, Mr. Smash. Though my confession of 'not being from Hawaii' was deemed criminal by federal prosecutors, and in fact classified as 'spam from a Made Man', earning myself a stint in the big house, your canny portrayal of the matter at hand was both informative and a breath of fresh air compared to the radio silence of late. Despite the fact that every word spoken by the hustlers in the alley referred to as 'Outside' is spam, the singling out of my admission (of not being from Hawaii) - and punishment for it - meant that I found your explanation extremely necessary and illuminating. 

What you lack in @MartyMuscles' brawn, you have evidently gained in mutant brainpower.

Thank you for doing what we all have hoped so many recent leaders would do and coming out to give us an explanation. This is a great step into regaining much of what this world has lost over the year.

Thank you for protecting us, Sir! Even though my father died in this war, I am happy to know that it was (for once) for a worthy cause.

Its been a long time maybe too long since leaders and members of council actually took time to come to streets and explain to everyone what happened behind curtain and explain reasoning behind actions taken. Glad that is changing.

"I would have to agree, regardless of what you believe I think majority of us appreciate this until recently rare occasion of an explanation. I hope to continue to see information being shared with the public as well as new leaders introducing their new homes."

Rumors are a dime a dozen. If you got to run on rumors you are weaker then the ones you slaughtered.

It certainly is refreshing to actually see an explanation out on the streets, perhaps we are moving closer to times of old..

Mick had been hearing this from a lot of people that the so-called regime died due to an act of god, and they had all dropped dead at the same time. Now, Mick believed in god, but that was bollocks. It was apparent that they had been poisoned by someone who didn’t want to come forward. People just didn’t drop dead like that.

But that was not Mick’s concern. His concern was what’s next in store. Today was another day and another reasoning. When was that going to stop? When would Mick stop hearing countless explanations? All Mick could do was hope for the best and hope that the things would finally calm down for once and for all. He couldn’t wait to hear the statement from the council members.

There was a man just down the street talking about his life in the mafia, but you interrupted this kind man in his explanation of a most recent takedown

Zoro listened to Don Hulk's explanation intently from the back of the crowd. Words have reached his ears that his old man was killed in this mess, and Zoro was forced to come to these shores to give him the proper burial. 

When Hulk ended his speech, Zoro continued listening to the mafiosos who wanted to share their minds. Zoro was new, and could only learn quickly the ways of how things are operated here or suffer the same fate as his father.

Once the last man has spoken, Zoro left - with plenty of thoughts running through his mind.

I'm sure its been stated but its been a while since my ancestor have walked these streets to hear a explanation on why an event took place. I respect the fact you took time out of your day to explain as to what happened vs hearing rumors. I hope this simple trends continues as it sheds light to subjects going on in our world.

BudKnight was walking through the city of New York on a magnificent quest when he saw the ruler of the fine Kingdom coming to the streets to speak on the recent bloodshed in Los Angeles and Detroit. The man was well spoken compared to some of the rumors he had heard of Mr. Hulk. The reasonings sounded honest and thorough....meaning they definitely thought things through before taking action. It was clear this group of leaders did not wish to follow in the footsteps of the previous regime.

”Thank you for coming to the streets to explain the happenings of the previous war. It is not something leadership MUST do, but it is greatly appreciated to see somebody giving clarity to the situation. Not only have I seen this from my own leader Javier, but from many others. Something my father had not seen for some time.” He pulled out a bottle of bud light, popped off the cap, and took a few swigs.

”These cities have gone on for too long with poor leadership and a lack of street presence. You sir have helped to give this Knight of Philadelphia some hope. While this is the mafia and I know violence will one day strike me down....I am happy to know things have progressed back to a respectable place in the criminal underworld. Thank you.” With that he continued on his way to slay the foul beast that was stealing purses under the Brooklyn Bridge.
