@Uncledrunky is sitting on the airplane (passed out of course), as it makes its way from New York over to LA.  The Godfather Council had decided that he was the man to try and get this city running.  The plane landed down and @Uncledrunky awoke with the jolt.  He reached over to the table beside him and quick took a swig of the whisky to steady himself.  He pissed into the nearest garbage can before he looked over at @Jeanralphio and @Geralt.  They had made the trip over with him from Evil Inc.  and they were as determined as he to get this place up and running.  

Drunky makes his way out of the plane and jumps into the nearest cab and rides it over to the address that was written on the inside of his cigarette package.  The place definitely needed some work.  He'd just have to find some associates that were apt to fix it.  He continued his walk around the streets and noted that it seemed a little more desolate in criminal activity than he would have liked.  Once again - there was work to be done.  

Drunky found his way to the nearest soapbox - where he knew that anyone who cared would be able to hear him.  He took another drink of whisky to clear his mind, then hocked up some phlegm and spit it out.  His throat was now clear.

"Good day Ladies and Gentlemen.  I wanted to welcome you to the LA project that has been bestowed upon me by the Godfather Council. Now, I'm a bit of a traditionalist, I've never really been a guy to partake in these city ventures when a city is in need of a criminal mastermind.  However, this one is different.  The thing I like is that is seems that we have the opportunity to build a city that has something for everyone.  Soon, this city will be inhabited and flourishing with a robust assortment of mobsters.  I like to think that the reason I've been given this opportunity is that I'm an open minded guy who's willing to listen to the people that work for him.  I will always be willing to listen to all types of advice and feedback with the goal of making this a community where you all want to work.  In the coming days as our community grows, I look forward building with all of you.  Now excuse me, I really need a drink."

Drunky walks back into his HQ.  While the place is still desolate - he notes that his couch and cooler have been placed in the middle of the HQ.  He reaches in and grabs himself a cold one and takes a deep pull.

Eddie had gotten the letter from one of his contacts in Los Angeles that a distant relation of his fathers friend had been given the nod to work out of the city, running his own operations. Given how close their bloodline had been previously, Eddie felt it was his obligation to come and congratulate the guy on his success. 
 

He was out in the Bronx in some whore house, drinking some of the whiskey he’d bought from the convenience store just down the block. The door to the room he was in had knocked and the letter delivered. Eddie read it then read it again. It was to head back home. 
 

Jumping on the first flight out to Los Angeles, Eddie got a cab to the location of his friends headquarters. Knocking on the front door, he lights a smoke and waits for the answer.
