PhilipMarleauJr adjusted his clip-on tie nervously in the mirror.  Today was a big day for him, as he was scheduled to meet with the Don to discuss a piece of business that needed to be tended to.  If all went well, it could mean big things in PhilipMarleauJr's future as an organized crime figure.  The thought of this was appealing to PhilipMarleauJr, as he was a man of lofty goals.  There was a knock on the door.  A large mafia goon opened the door and peered his big head into the room.

"The Don will see you now." he said gruffly.  A lump formed in PhilipMarleauJr's throat as he gulped hard and nodded at the goon in the doorway.  "Here we go," he thought to himself.  He wasn't sure if the butterflies in his stomach were due to intimidation or adrenaline, but he was determined to make a decent impression.  She slicked his hair back with his sweaty palm, spun around, and exited the room to the stairway that led downstairs.  He put on his most confident face, cleared his throat, and started down the stairs.

"WHOA!!!!" PhilipMarleauJr called out in panic as he tripped clumsily at the top of the stairs and tumbled painfully down the flight of steps, crumpling into a heap at the bottom of the steps.  "Oh my God this can't be happening" he thought to himself as the room full of mafioso pointed and laughed cruelly.  PhilipMarleauJr's face flushed red with embarrassment.  The Don shook his head in disappointment.  "This is a disaster" PhilipMarleauJr thought to himself as he picked himself off the floor and ran out of the house in humiliation.  He ran as fast as he could until he could no longer hear the voracious laughter.

"That didn't go well at all!" PhilipMarleauJr exclaimed aloud to himself once he was a safe distance away.  He was right.  It went horribly.

But tomorrow is another day....
