If you are in a family all members of that family is green.

What if members in other family's in the same city also got a color so you can easier get to know other members from the same city.

Maybe other family's from the same city can get yellow on the names.

What do others think of this ?

I don't see this suggestion harming any one, it can help in knowing each other in a much better way, yes there is IRC as well, but in game information is in game information.

I like this suggestion because i was just thinking a little bit ago how nice it would be if you knew what other members from your own city were on. It would help a lot of people get to know one another better (if they already don't) and make the city as a whole grow stronger.

Yeah it's an okay suggestion but regardless of the matter, not all cities are going to be run in that way. The way it's run now is not even realistic.

The fact it happens now, doesn't mean it should be coded in with city colors and city HQs. It takes away some ability for one to RP this. Like when Sat opened LV for anyone to set up in, the families were all fighting (although for the most part, not warring) to see who would rule.

Yeah you do have a point there because when you think about it, back in the day, not every family in every city got along. There were feuds and fights erupted from that.

I propose the color be pink.

Perhaps there could be a toggle in the CL's screen that allows them to turn on the feature? This would help in the case of families in a city not being together. However, I do agree with this as I would also like to see who from my city is online. This would also make coordinating MUCs much easier, in my opinion.

Brilliant sugestion, would be really helpful, wouldn't be hard to code in and to counter WarMongers point just give the GodFather/Mother the option to turn it off.

Let's say GF A in City X has feature off, in-fighting erupts to make said war easier GF A turns feature on so he can see all online members from his city to make warring easier. Yes you're going to say be GF A could look at the list and pick out members from his city. But you tell me which GF knows *every* member in their city?
