I do not know anyone personally who has it. Ohio has issued a stay home order, and I didn't go out much anyway. Prayers to all those who are affected by this in anyway. I know we are about to take a financial hit from this. My hubby is "non essential" 

Congress made this political. For example the lunatics insisted the "Families First" Bill include funding for abortions. What does abortions have to do with aiding small businesses and every worker without income? 

The latest news where Chuckie and Nancy want unprecedented collective bargaining powers for unions, increased fuel emissions standards for airlines and expansions of wind and solar tax credits. All this has me asking what the fuck does this have to do with COVID-19 and relief to hard working Americans? The simple truth is, it does not and all this crap should be tabled for another day. Moving on.

Our President, like him or not took preventive measures unlike our previous president after 1000 died. The young defied the simple request of social distancing. I hope the five on Spring Break in FL who contracted COVID-19 learn something. 

On a final note a revolution is already in the makings and the Lunatics on the left are in for a rude awakening. 

I don't know anyone that has it but they've shut down where I work 4 days ago when the number of positive cases in the state doubled over night so I've just been staying at home.  I'm glad I have money saved if this goes on for a long time.

Now for the trillion dollar bill. I speak very simply miss Candace. You may have a trillion problems with Unions, alternative energy production and healthcare funding. This however is not the issue. The issue is very simple. Why is the POTUS proposing to subsidize big corporate America? Its not those companies that are hurting. Its the business owners that cant pay mortgages, monthly bills, etc. The big Pharma will always have billions if not trillions to play with. Why are we funding the rich? What about the little guy? Has POTUS forgotten about us? 

Now to the previous president comment. Is he still President? Is it his responsibility to make sure that there were enough tests for the COVID19? Is it still Obamas responsibility to make sure there exists a Pandemic response team...which POTUS threw out? All the while POTUS called this a "Hoax", tried to use it as leverage by saying "New Democratic Hoax" for political gain. Then said "will all be over in a few weeks", "Number is going down to zero". Oh and need I forget, he cut 15 billion to healthcare funding last year. And wanted to slash CDC funding by 25%. And did fire the CDC rep in China...who could have tipped us a bit earlier. All in all he was late to acknowledge this Pandemic. Joked about it, made a mockery of it, at the sake of American lives. And is now pivoting to catch up. Hell there aren't enough tests...you know why? Cause it keeps the numbers down. So I say again 'Has the POTUS forgotten about us?

Now check this out. When the POTUS can evoke the defense production bill and mass manufacture gloves, masks and gowns. Essential for healthcare workers safety. Whats the POTUS doing? Hes giving the contracts to private contractors. Im sorry MR POTUS this isn't a regular moment. This isn't about free markets. This is about PRODUCTION NOW. Alas, we wait...as health workers get infected working with COVID patients. Has the POTUS forgotten about us? 

Lets just take a look at NY State one of the hardest hit states. My state is truly ground zero. Were at max capacity for ventilators, were near capacity with patients. Were testing faster than most places on the planet now. You know why? Cause the State of NY took away the testing responsibility from the Federal government and POTUS 'pandemic response team'. And now NYS is cranking on all cylinders testing at the highest rates. Where was the federal government when we needed them most? Where was our POTUS? Thank goodness the people of this state have a proper executive in Governor Cuomo. Who acted way faster than the POTUS did to this crisis. Has the POTUS forgotten about us? 

Now the POTUS wants to stop this 'social distancing' and restart the economy, so the markets can recover. And we all go back to work. And the markets go up. And the reelection campaign can reignite, rallies can resume, congregations can take place. So POTUS can go back to being a TwitterStar. Yet all that will do is reignite the transmission of this virus again. Were almost half way there, don't stop now. Finish, and its done with. We go back to work safer and healthier. But no, the reelection campaign is more important than the health and safety of American workers. Who cares about the little guy right? Has the POTUS forgotten about us? 

I say we embrace the lunatic left way of thinking. Economy's fucked, no two ways about it. However, a two month total lockdown with nationalised and centrally planned critical services, industry and infrastructure will give people a taste of the idea that there's more than enough resources to live just fine without having to work so much. It would be better for the economy in the long run - China is already returning to normal - but the proles simply can't be allowed to realize that a better world is possible.  In the mean time I shall wait for my UBI and watch the next socialized wellfare handout for corporations from the righteous right.

Grindenwald, I checked out your link. I stopped short. You are obviously lacking a trillion facts. I get you are a liberal. I was once a moderate. This is what is great about America. We have that choice. I suggest you pay little mind to social media and find a news station that has ratings. 

NY, CA and WA are the hardest hit states. The three top states where international flights are the busiest. Four days into the order no flights in or out of China to or from the USA were still happening. I bet you did not know that fact!

I could go on and on with you all night, but I am not going to do your homework for you. I will strongly advise social distancing.  

PS. Your Governor praised President Trump on how he is handling this crisis. Your Governor neglected to place an order for ventilators. 

Don't know of anyone yet but we, in the grand scheme of things have very few cases in the Manchester area.  Fully expect that to change over the next week or two, watch this space.
