I have been asked by what remains of the Godfather Council to describe in very clear terms what happened over the last few days. There are some, like TheBell, who in some way hold me responsible for the bloodshed. However, it became very clear in the hours leading up to my ceasefire with Seattle and Las Vegas that they were plagued with the same curse the befalls many cities- unmitigated aggression. Paradox had the wrong people whispering in her ear, and she let it destroy her city and Bellegarde's.

Seattle's justification for attacking me was a claim that I was orchestrating a takedown in cooperation with the other cities to remove them. It has not yet been made clear when these rumors reached their ears, nor from whom, but this was their first in a series of violent mistakes. Not only had I never approached any other council members about removing them, I had actually been doing the opposite. I was interacting regularly with friends and people whom I respected in Seattle, I had asked my captains to do the same, and regularly sought to keep good relations with the northwest. I mistakenly assumed my interests for peace were mutual.

Undeterred, Paradox seemed certain that I was not only a part of this move against her but at the very head of it, and sought to kill me while the other council members slept. I'm unsure what she thought Chicago and New York would do if they woke up to find me and my city destroyed, but it was clear she wanted me gone at a time when the rest of the council could do nothing about it. Her cause for war was shaky at best, and she likely knew the other council members would not agree with her actions.

After Seattle failed to kill me or any of my captains in their first wave, RichardWad began negotiating with Paradox on my behalf. At the time, no one in Philly knew what had caused Seattle to attack. The "rumors" they heard were ghost stories, likely authored by individuals with some kind of grudge against me personally. And in the hours that followed, it became increasingly clear that Paradox and Bellegarde put their cities at risk- and mine- over what amounted to little more than vague rumors.

RichardWad set up a meeting between me and Paradox, where I explained in detail that any perceived "plot" she thought she caught wind of could not have had my name on it. And that's when it became clear how badly her vetting of the information was- she said she never saw my name on it, because there was nothing to put my name on. All she heard was a rumor. And she was willing to accept that one of my captains had been at the root of it, because she didn't have any real evidence to stand on. She, or those in her city, simply wanted me dead whether it was true or not.

When the other council members, Pollo and Hulk_Smash, awoke to see the bloodshed, their first priority was enforcing a ceasefire. They met with Paradox and negotiated an end to hostilities against Philly. As was to be expected, whatever claim Paradox thought she had to remove me, Pollo and Hulk_Smash didn't buy it. She and her allies in Vegas went all-in to attack the youngest council member on little more than a whisper.

The council came together, as five, to discuss how to proceed. I requested all Seattle and Las Vegas combatants to vacate Philly to give what remained of my city a safe place to sleep. Some of the details of this meeting have been paraphrased poorly in TheBell's description of the events (I assure you, I was far more eloquent than has been described), but we adjourned the meeting with a willingness to keep the peace- the same reason the council was formed in the first place. I went to sleep hoping it would last.

I awoke to see Chicago, New York, Detroit, and Los Angeles besieging Seattle and Las Vegas. To them, Paradox's and Bellegarde's willingness to destroy the peace that the council created warranted a complete removal. Philly joined the fray to help remove those who sought to kill us hours before and the rest, as they say, is history.

Allegations have been made that I possessed some vitriol for Seattle due to their willingness to authorize YellowKing as a crewleader- claiming this amounted to "bloodlining" him. Not only have I never expressed an interest in killing YellowKing publicly or privately (until yesterday), I've made it abundantly clear how I feel about purging and bloodlining. After failing to remove me, they have sought to attack my character as if I was in some way at fault for their inability to vet their information or faithfully protect their cities from actual warmongers.

The Godfather Council will continue to do what it has always sought to do- bring stability and peace. Information on the vacant cities and districts will be forthcoming, following an agreement from the remaining members of the Godfather Council. Thank you.

I would like to be the first to thank you and the rest of the council in how this was dealt with.The only decent thing that has come out of this is the evidence the godfather council is working and how quickly the rest came to aid us, unfortunately my father's life was taken but we still have a good core in Philly and cannot wait to follow in my fathers footsteps.

Again let me say thank you to the council and each and every one of their crews and members who valiantly assisted in defending the world from people hellbent in ruining it.

Thank you for this explanation i am sure some people had many questions. I went through my brothers journals, so I could see why you may have a problem, or how they knew each other.

I was only able to find one thing would make sense.

For some people the day they met me was the most important day of their lives, but for me it was just Tuesday

"Seattle killed some of the most important mobsters in Philly with their laughable first wave of shots. Hands to families and some of the most significant members fell.  To come back after this and play the victim card was not only sheer idiocy, but an insulting indignation.  After some of their finest members had been murdered, Philly had an obligation to those that fell to wipe the vermin off the face of the earth. Had they not done so, they would have lost all legitimacy and respect. If it were up to me, it would have been scorched earth, but I'm just a lowly gangster with no influence on the practices of organized crime in the city where I reside."

The fact that Seattle acted upon rumors rather than concrete evidence and used it to attempt to take down another city is extremely disappointing. What irritates me is that bloodlines always seem to constantly play a factor in nearly all of the wars the past few weeks.

What happened in the past should not apply now. Getting the satisfaction from killing a last rival feels good, but all that does is create more rivalries and unnecessary deaths, and leaves more and more people out of the picture and without an idea of what led to their deaths.

One or two rumors shouldn’t mean anything. Acting on rumors, and especially past bloodlines, only causes more chaos and throws all of us into a time where peace is constantly distant and trust goes out the window.

Whatever the reason was was it one of the most weirdest war ever I and many seen and this one have really made many loosing theres MR-loving for long time, well done all.

But then also shit happens when to many crazy ones gets together and made such a shitty thing like this so no one is really surprised I guess.
