SillySausage gets out his soapbox After sitting quiet in the streets whilst people ahve moaned, bitched, complained, bragged, justified and celebrated, I thought it was about time I stepped up and gave a few opinions. My main thoughts at the minute is of the people bitching about CP. People moaning about them taking out leaders. People complaing about the dominance. People blaming them for various acts. Well, children of the recently passed, the only people you have to blame are your leaders (RIP to them all) Back when badass were bought down, there was a clear division, the CP leaders and the non CP leaders. Unlike Badass, the non-CP leaders were not associates, they were not a 'family' they were merly individual leaders plying there trade. And there in lied the problem. First it was WitchyX. Witchy was clearly not a threat, it was jsut an oppurtunity to take. A non-CP leader, the CP decided to get rid of. Now instead of stepping up and supporting their fellow 'individual' thecaptain and BruceCarrol hid. They remained neutral. At this point, a smart leader wouldve realised that if the CP could take down Witchyx, there is a major threat that they could be next. But did bruce or thecaptain act? NO. They just sat there. Sat waiting for the bullet. Then thecaptain fell, and once again, it was not a suprise. And once again, BruceCarrol just sat there, idle, doing nothing. This should of been the time he stood up and realised 'ots them v us.' he shouldve stood up and taken the fight to CP straight away. Yes, he probably would have died, but at least he would of gone out fighting. Instead, just like thecaptain before him, he sat there and waited to die. Everyone knew he was a dead man walking. Even a friend of BruceCarrol recently opened a speech saying "who didn't see this one coming?" well Bruce clearly didnt, or just chose to ignore the warnings. So before more of you moan about the CP killing your leader/father/friend, realise something, your leader could of done something about it, but chose not to. Witchyx, thecaptain, brucecarrol and there captains knew the bullets were coming, but chose to not act. They are to blame for their own fightless downfall. In theory, brucecarrol and thecaptain should of stood up when witchyx was being attacked. A full blown war which they couldve won, but as she and her hitters fell, so did there chances of survival, then it became jsut a matter of time. gets off his soapbox and dissapears into the night wondering when people will ever learn |

Umbra listens, nodding. It's what I've been trying to say. After Witchyx was taken out, Bruce and TheCaptain sat back and did nothing when it was obvious that they would be attacked at some point. Someone with a bit of 'streets' would have gone on the offensive in one way or another. |

Act first, or face the consequences of someone else doing it...it's the way this world has always worked. You're right Silly Sausage, though, I still believe BruceCarrol could have avoided this fate had he made a few alterations to some of his decisions. Afterall, he played a part in taking down Badass, in the past. Still, leading isn't easy, and decision-making is tough. Hopefully, we all learn something from these skirmishes. |
