@Uncledrunky sits at the community table face down snoring away, a pile of drool slowly but surely building out of the side of his mouth.  A loud noise stirs him a bit....  he wakes enough to sip a little more nectar of the gods before going comatose again.  All of a sudden it's even louder, and he's awake.  He follows his ritual of relieving himself in the corner before turning around and taking a look at his crew.  They're all working hard.  Really hard.  He kind of wonder what the fuck he's been doing.  He shrugs and drinks a little more.  @Jeanralphio comes and whispers something in his ear.  He frowns....

"Oh fuck, Pasadena..."

His eyes wisp away into the distance before he looks around at his crew..  They're all working so hard.  But - there's one guy that just seems to fit the Drunk spirit.  If there's a guy that knows a thing or 2 about getting fucked up and creating debauchery, it's @scott_weiland.  He's been a stellar here in alcoholics autonomous, and he's more than deserving of this opportunity.  @Uncledrunky puts a 40 pounder of Jack Daniels between them at the table and calls over Scotty.  He tells him to sit down and looks him square in the eye...

"@Scott_weiland, I couldn't be prouder of the work you have put in for me here at alcoholic's autonomous.  You're a natural choice to continue our trend of being drunken assholes here in LA.  I'm proud to hand you over the city of Pasadena, and I can't wait to see what you build here.  Congratulations!!  Now, for more important things.  We're going to finish this 40 ouncer, and you're going to go to work lubricated like you should!!"

@uncledrunky takes a generous slam of the bottle before handing it over to @scott_weiland.

Scott took a seat at the table looking around at the mess from the previous night there was drink bottles cigar ends and a pile of vomit that he knew he would have to clean before he left. Scott took the bottle offered to him and raised a toast and offered cigars all around 

“Thank you Uncle I will not let you down”

Scott cleaned up the vomit and found a stash of booze from the night before he plonked it on the table raising toasts to get the party started one last party before he had some serious work to do

A little further down the table from Scott, Eddie sits leaning back in his chair... A cigarette in his mouth and a whiskey in his hand. He had gotten a little drunk listening to the nights talks and was here for the poker that would follow. 
 

However, upon hearing about Scott venturing out into Pasadena and making the district famous, Eddie sits forward and puts on a serious face. He was overcome with joy that his friend and associate was given the auth to make something of himself. He was happy for him. 
 

Eddie had known Scott for such a long time that he considered him a brother. He had such respect for the guy that he wanted him to do well and make the city proud. 
 

“Who better than Scotty, eh? Congratulations fella. You deserve this!”

Eddie raises his glass, hoping that others would follow suit. 
 

“To Scott, and to Pasadena. Salute, boys.”
